1st customer service needs improvement. Listen to the customer instead of trying to rush them through the line.
2nd the portion of protein was poor. I asked for two servings for my bowl ,which I was willing to pay for, the poor response from the lady behind the counter just made my choice of eating there much unpleasant. There should be a griller ?, insuring that protein is always available and not running out during peak hours. Unsat!!
No receipt was provided as well. Overall a bad food experience.

Another customer and I waited a couple of minutes to be served, even after being seen by the cook. He didn't even bother to tell the cashier we were waiting. But she was very nice after noticing us. The food was good, and toppings tasted fresh. Will go back.

My wife and I ordered bowls from here. The rice was undercooked and both meats were cold. My wife ended up getting sick from the steak too. We have had better much Qdoba at Nellis AFB.

They are understaffed which unfortunately led to much delay and confusion with our order. The quesadillas had very little meat compared to an overwhelming serving of cheese. Overall the food was decent

I will change my rating based on expected improvements, but the gentleman at the counter on New Years' Eve had problems understanding what customers were asking to be placed on their burritos. For example, the customer in front of me asked for white rice and he put brown rice on her burrito, then he got mad because she said she didn't want brown rice. I asked for hot sauce and he gave me mild. He was spilling food all over the floor, and he did not present any sort of sense of urgency when these mistakes were causing a long line and extended wait periods. These are relatively simple tasks that should be second nature to employees making as much as they do at the BX. His attitude was genuinely subpar.

Workers are 5 stars, food is 5 stars....the business gets 3 stars. They are chronically understaffed and usually only have 2 people on the line which takes forever to get your food. Not at all the workers fault, it's management. They also don't take gift cards and the closest Qdoba is like 200 miles away

I tend to enjoy my experiences here. I eat here about once a month.Everything is good overall. The only improvement I'd recommend is that they cut the fajita vegetables smaller. They should be sized similar to the other items in their burritos and bowls, but instead they are at least twice as big as anything else.
