Stepped into a cozy Eritrean spot and was greeted with the warm aromas of spices. I dove into a beef combo plate that was perfectly seasoned, served over fluffy rice that just soaked up all the flavors. The veggie combo was a vibrant mix of textures and tastes, and the injera bread? Oh, it was the star - spongy, tangy, and the perfect utensil for scooping up every last delicious bite. It's a must-visit for anyone looking to explore authentic Eritrean dishes. Delightful and delicious!

Queen Sheba has the best African food in Tucson! Amazing flavors, kind and genuine service, and such a wholesome experience. My husband and I love picking up dinner here with our son. The owner is so nice and the homey vibe with warm, flavorful food cannot be beat! Has become a go to spot of ours. The veggie combo is on point!

This is a wonderful restaurant! We tried several different dishes and they were all delicious. It's also a great value as the portion sizes were very generous. I highly recommend it and will definitely be going back.

For those with an adventurous palate who have never sampled Eritrean cuisine, a visit to this restaurant is a must. Good choices for the first-time visitor include the combos, meat or vegetable, accompanied by strips of spongy injera bread that serve as implements instead of forks & knives. At the far end of the restaurant is a small grocery section that offers a glimpse into the beautiful Eritrean culture. The freshness & quality of the food, together with the warmth, wit, & humility of the staff, make Queen Sheba a unique & very special addition to the Tucson culinary scene

The food is absolutely delicious! The unassuming atmosphere reminds me of the holes in the wall in Calcutta where the food was just out of this world.

We were warmly welcomed and served a fantastic meal. If you haven’t had Eritrean or Ethiopian this is a wonderful place to try it. A heads up that the location is very informal with eclectic art and various other goods for sale in one large room. For us this added to the charm and experience and felt more like being included in a community than just a restaurant.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free!

There are really good vegan options, in addition to the veggie sampler. Portions were very generous, food was tasty, and the people were very friendly. Thumbs up
I had dinner here on a weekday nite. I had the meat sand vegetable sampler from the menu and it was uniformly very bad. The meat and vegetable dishes had no taste whatsoever. I recently moved from NY to Tucson and am used to very good quality Ethiopian food. Maybe the chef was having a bad day ! BTW, it is BYOB.

Queen Sheba restaurant food was good and affordable it could have been a little warmer then expected but over all u get more then what u paid for compared to other African restaurant that charge way more. Order the veggies combo recieved many options. Ideas wise for boosting there busy is having the place a bit better organized including to add colorful drawings and even there cultural instruments and ? music plus greeting people at the door in there cultural clothing and be of great service ?

Small, family style restaraunt. The food was fantastic, obviously family run and everyone was so kind and friendly. I highly encourage anyone out this way to check it out. I was traveling through and wanted to try something I hadn't before, I am so glad I did!
