I think I just got discriminated against for being pregnant and showing my stomach. I went in tonight and the person in front of me was sat inside. And when I got to the front I was told I could only sit outside on the patio. Which was completely empty with the lights off. I went out and came back in saying it was a little too cold only to realize the person behind me was also sat inside.. and then the woman asked me in a very condescending way “so you’re still gonna wait for a table?” As if she was upset that I still wanted to eat there. She then told me I had to leave and “they didn’t know how long it was gonna be” but informed me I wasn’t allowed to be in the restaurant.
If it wasn’t because I was pregnant. Then maybe it was because I’m fat? and I don’t know which is worse.
Feels pretty shitty.

Incredible flavor in the broth, delicious noodles and lots of fantastic options, server had trouble figuring out any accommodations like substitutions but overall I would definitely come again

The place is nice and the servers are great!
I got the red spicy tonkotsu Ramen and although it was good, I think it needed a little more flavor and a little more toppings (got only one slice of pork).

Craving a serious bowl of ramen? This hole-in-the-wall Japanese joint might just be your new go-to. Don't expect fancy décor – this place is all about the slurp-worthy goodness. And let me tell you, that broth? Boom! Flavor explosion with a texture to match. They could maybe pretty things up a bit, but honestly, who cares when the taste is this good? Bonus points for serving it piping hot (just the right temp – no tongue-burning here!). The noodles were perfectly firm, and if you're a big eater like me, don't even hesitate – order the "Kae Dama" (noodle refill!). A new experience is for like a double dose of ramen goodness, get the Double Ramen! It’s basically a whole other bowl of noodles in that already amazing tonkotsu broth!
The karaage was savory, but the chicken was a tad dry – a minor letdown. The takoyaki, though? Super fun! Think creamy squidball deliciousness. My only gripe? The octopus bits were a little shy and got lost in the creamy sauce. Service is efficient – they get the job done quickly, no time for long chats. Fair enough.
A heads-up: this place is a bit of a hidden gem. Drive slow or you'll miss the driveway! Parking is cozy, so park smart. Perfect for a casual bite, a quick meet-up, or a small group (four people max, I'd say). A little background music and maybe some misters for the outdoor seating on warm days would definitely elevate the experience.
Even with a few minor hiccups, I'll definitely be back for that amazing ramen. Highly recommend for a satisfying and unpretentious meal!

I think this place has changed hands. None of the same faces. Food was good but the service was not. Got our food and no one ever came to see if we needed anything. Had to call someone to get more water and the check.

Very good ramen, I had the spicy Tantanmen bowl. I also had the gyoza. The ramen was at a great temperature but the gyoza could have been warmer. I sat outside during a rush hour and there is too much noise. At this time they did not have any deserts I asked for mochi, but none was available. Overall, good food, but sit indoors if possible. Staff were excellent!

All soup taste exactly same! No service at all! We waited 30 minutes, get the number, were in the line, they totally forget us and let us wait 10 minutes again.

I vividly recall the ramen being incredibly delicious, with the karage being crispy and made from white meat. The spice and broth were both well-balanced. However, the noodles appeared to be of low quality. The meat in the karage seemed to be mostly dark meat, rather than the white meat I had expected. Perhaps this is a budget-friendly measure to maintain the reasonable pricing.

Servic was great, food was fine bur if you are trying to have a quiet meal and a conversation, you'll need to speak up as everyone there (which seemed to be mostly college students) either talk super loud or there was a competition We weren't aware for who could speak the loudest. The food wasn't bad, but I'm probably not going back.

Parking: When we arrived, there were a few spaces but full when we left and cars waiting for a space to open as the lot isn't very big.

If you think you don't like ramen you've never been to Raijin Ramen. Each spoonful was a taste sensation in my mouth. Seasoned to perfection. A tender and tasty slice of pork was strategically placed on top of my bowl next to a half boiled egg. We had potstickers and fried chicken bites for an appetizer. They were yummy too! I highly recommend Raijin Ramen. It was a very tasty casual dining experience. Go. Eat. Enjoy.

There are not many places where you can get vegan and mushroom free Ramen. I'm so grateful that Rajin exists, that they serve things I can actually eat, and that they are so so good!!!

Vegetarian options: Great vegan Ramen.

Dietary restrictions: No mushrooms anywhere in the restaurant!!!! Yay!!!!

Comfy place with tasty food. The double ramen is great value as well; one of the best meals you can get in Tucson for $20.

Amazing Ramen and Wonderful Atmosphere!

I recently visited this place, and it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I walked in, the cozy and inviting atmosphere set the stage for a fantastic meal. The staff was friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home.

Now, onto the star of the show—the ramen! The broth was rich and flavorful, simmered to perfection. The noodles were just the right texture, with a satisfying chew. it was incredible—loaded with tender, melt-in-your-mouth pork, a perfectly soft-boiled egg, and fresh toppings that tied it all together.

is a must-visit!

I can't wait to come back and try more of the menu!
