Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Just finished at the drive thru right now, the girl at the window had awful customer service. As I approached the window she quickly opened the window and passed me my drinks without greeting or acknowledging me. Then she slammed the window and had her back facing me. I waited atleast 5min just sitting there. She turned once and gave me side eye. I do not know this person and have never experienced that before at this location. When she eventually gave me my food I asked for ketchup ( which I originally told them during my order), she looked at me with disgust and passed me ketchup.
Get better Canes with the people you have at the window, if they hate their job then they need to go!

I got home and thats the first thing I noticed i called the restaurant 5 minutes after I left the drive thru and the lady on the phone said “thats not possible” i never in my life experienced something like this and i used to work at canes this is unacceptable and disgusting.

The drive thru line was long so we went inside to order. The people are very friendly. The order didn’t take long and my partner said the chicken sandwich was very tasty. The coleslaw was good but the portion was very small.

Vegetarian options: The vegetarian option I would be French fries, coleslaw and Texas toast.

If you get it drive thru and take it home, open the box to vent it on the drive so the chicken gets some air and doesn't get a bit soggy! It comes out hot!
