An employee of the establishment, Carly, took my order over the phone, she insisted that I pay via credit card over the phone, which is a security risk. I ended up asking her if I could use a prepaid debit card, she accepted my prepaid card as payment. When I got the food, it was disgusting and gross. It had roaches, was raw, and was totally gross. I had to throw it out. I will never eat here again. Total waste of money!

A lot of people love Raising Cane's. I think it's just okay. They have very few items in their menu which is fine if you like chicken, slaw, and Texas toast. Their chicken, however, is crispy but also wet and that kind of freaks me out. If you haven't had it you should try it, it's just not my thing.Parking: Raising Cane's has their own parking lot with a decent amount of free spots.

I come here too often . I've never had any issues here except for occasionally they will forget my extra sauce, but very rarely does that happen. This is definitely my favorite Canes location for sure.

This is hands-down the worst raising cane's in Tucson. Every time that I have gone here, the service is bad. I had one cashier try to sneak a drink onto my order and when I asked her if she charged me for it, she said no. Afterwards, I checked the receipt and she had charged me for one! I literally asked her to review to see if she charged me for it and she said no. So I asked for a refund and she told someone that I changed my mind when they had to void it. This place is also dirty and the parking is a nightmare. Fries are always too salty and it just seems like they do not care about making the food properly. My recommendation is to stay away from this one. Best one is the Oracle location.

Nice place with good food.The real treat here is the level of customer service. The staff is always cheerful, friendly and inviting.The lot sucks, often people exiting the drive thru will mistakingly exit to the east and attempt to go north in the dedicated south bound only lanes. Proper signage is desperately needed to address this issue before people get killed.Parking: People exiting the drive thru improperly turn north into the southbound lanes along the east exit.Lot modification or improved signage is desperately needed to address this extremely unsafe condition.

Quality, cleanliness and the best flavor as well as excellent service and speed. It has good free parking. You can order individual combos or there are family packages of chicken strips accompanied by French fries, chipotle sauce, salad and the bread that I like so much.
