Valien is so sweet and helpful. I brought my food in cause I thought only the 1 extra sauce was forgotten. But she noticed I was missing chicken too and replaced the missing stuff. She is so nice thank you!

I think it was the fact that we went during lunch hour. It was very busy. Overall, the food was good.

I'm not sure what the fuss is all about. Chicken was good, not great. Crinkle cut fries were cooked just right. Sauce was no good. Think they should have a small variety of sauces. Blah Cole slaw, decent garlic toast. I'd rather go to Lucky Wishbone.

I really enjoyed the Chicken tenders. With such a limited menu, I feel the coleslaw could have been much better and the fries didn't impress me.

I ordered at the wrong location, I called immediately and the manager on duty immediately refunded (I sadly didnt get the gentleman's name but it happened on August 4th at 4:50 if that helps the managers know who it was) he was extremely kind, service is always so nice and the chicken is better than anywhere else, would pick canes over any other chicken place.

The refund did not process right away so I got scared and recalled and Rosa was incredibly helpful when I was extremely stressed thank you guys again

Bathroom was clean service was fast. Workers were not to talkative. They keep it moving. I asked if the had BBQ and was ignored. This was my first visit and did not know if BBQ was available 😳
