Y'all forgot to give me my 2 extra sauces I paid for. The boy in the drive thru could improve his customer service. He mumbled too fast and too low for you to hear what he was saying and was quick to walk away but maybe he’s just shy and not a people person. The food is alright. The fries are a bit soggy and the bread seemed as if it was only toasted for about a couple of seconds.

I am an Operations Manager @ a major restaurant in town.
I went to the drive thru after an 11hr/ short handed day for myself.
Tried to order some food. Told rudely a few times while ordering that she "can't hear me."
Pull to the 1st window. A dfferent girl collected my money while on her phone & Rap music blaring the whole time through the kitchen.
& there was a guy eating in an area behind her. It's no wonder they couldn't hear me & whoever else. 🙄
Then I pull up to their middle window/ lovers window.
Got to see a guy plant a fat kiss on his girls cheek!!!! She must be doing a GREAT JOB!
Then I pull up to the 2nd... bitter window where they were over today and unable to hear me somehow still & unwelcoming,
& I only requested hot sauce.
You have a high brand standard at Cane's and I have honestly never been so disappointed & uncomfortable.
As I told Jennifer the M.O.D. when I called tonight and informed her that I will be calling corporate because she wasn't concerned that I was grossed out and hesitant about eating the food I purchased at this point.
She said I'm sorry & I will pass it on.

Unable to follow directions.
Order a 6 pice and received a 3 pice. Requested for an extra pice of bread and was charged but did not receive.
Called the store and the manager was not able to provide and correction.
Would not recommend.

Step by step
I was waiting behind one car to order. The employee stood there not helping the car in front of me or myself. On the opposite side A girl was helping customers. I sat there while multiple people pulled up and got to go through while the man that was supposed to help us. He stood there and did nothing at all. He didn’t come up and talk to me and tell me what was going on if there was any issues nothing I just stood there unable to leave because somebody was in front of me who still wasn’t helped eventually, the girl who was working her ass off on the other side has to come over and help me because the man walked away. I get to the window and all I get is oh sorry his tablet was broken. I’m now late for work and I don’t even get any kind of compassion. Just a dry answer and nothing at all. I’ve never had a bad experience like this before and it would’ve just been nice for someone to care enough to at least pretend to care. And then I was lucky enough to get home and my order was wrong. I’ve never ever had to write a review before and I hope I don’t do it again

Was so excited to try it for the first time, we got the 3 chicken finger box. ( Can't remember what they called it) But man when we got to the car and opened it I was so disappointed and upset. I couldn't believe I spent so much money on a little bit of food. There were 3 strips (tiny), maybe 10 fries and 1 bread. Honestly way too expensive and probably won't be going back for the little bit there was. I am so sad. I did love the sauce it comes with that was a plus.

This place always forgets any customizations to your order, double check at the window to make sure they got it right. Same thing if you ask for extra sauce.

Food tasted good as normal and the service was fine, but once we finished eating we all started throwing up. Something was wrong with the food because all 5 of my family were sick all night throwing up and stomach pain. Something we noticed was that the establishment had a bad smell like shrimp. This was the nigh of January 3rd 2025 at the valencia location

Typically we'd give a 5 Star but there was an inconvientance with our meals & the atmosphere was not welcoming. Since we went through the drive-through & our meals were incomplete, we called to report. The manager immediately made the situation better. He apologized & refunded the price of one of the meals back on-to our credit card. Four Stars for today!

Anytime I’ve gone to the Valencia location everyone has always been nice and polite. I did the drive through just now and had the absolute worst customer service ever! The girl was rude as all get out. And when she repeated back my order I asked if she said 2 of the combos and she got loud and repeated the whole order. If she doesn’t want to work in fast food maybe she shouldn’t 🤷🏻♀️ I just wish I had of gotten her name!

If you like Raising Cane's then you like Raising Cane's. They have good chicken fingers with a unique sauce. I'm not a caniac fan but it's a nice change from KFC and Churches.
This location is new and it's pretty busy around lunch.
