Loved this place! Loved all the tacos, tried the 6 varieties they have, Loved them all! Specially the tripitas ones, it's hard to find a place where they serve good tripitas tacos, they either too dry and salty and old, or too chewy . This place is just serving the best tripitas tacos! LOVED THEM ALL, THE BIRRIA, THE CARNE ASADA, THE CHICKEN, THE CARNITAS! WILL DEFINITELY COME BACK, P.S THE SALSA BAR EXCELLENT TOO!

When Ranch Rodeo first opened my husband and I were so impressed. The food was outstanding and they had the best Birria I've ever tasted. We went several more times over the months and were still impressed. About the middle of 2024 we went and we were shocked. The food was tasteless, much smaller portions and visually unappealing. We stopped going and in June, 2025, and tried it again. I don't know how they managed it, but it was worse than the last time. We ordered 2 birria combo plates, 1 chicken combo and a beef burrito. 52.00. There was literally NO flavor to the meat, which was packed onto one side of each carton. Beside the meat was a bunch of lettuce, floating in....water. Not Birria juice. We tasted it with a spoon. It was water! It came with rice and beans. The beans were so watery, when you put a fork in them they slid off and through the tongs like soup. My son and I were grossed out. My husband said his burrito was okay. The chicken plate has not been eaten yet. I did call the business up and no manager was on duty. I was told if I wanted to I could go all the way back and they could replace the food, but no mention of a refund for the 2 uneaten birria combos. Why would I want more watered down slop? I am so sad this place went downhill so fast, but I will not be going back. Ever.

The food... it's okay. I wouldn't recommend the Carmelo. The cheese is very strange. Like squshiy not stringy. The flavor of the cheese is strange too. It's also expensive for what you get. I wouldn't go back.

Place is a joke. No proper online menu and they could care less about giving your order correctly it just seems like they grab the nearest option and throw it in and say deal with it what they end up giving you tastes good but it won't be what you wanted

My wife and i came for dinner, food was awesome!!! My wife got the caramelo and she was very happy ate the whole thing. Best carne asada burro i have had in a long time!! Large portions. Nice setting. Good clean and fresh condiment bar. You cant beat 34$ for 2 people!! Very happy will definetly be back with my daughters next time.
