I order through door dash 1 fresas con crema y un tostielote for pick up it advised my order would be ready between 4:10 and 4:15 waited until 4:20 just in case got to the drive thru waited another 10 minutes for them to answer when they finally did she said they didn't have the fresas con crema only the tostielote I said fine I get to the window and she hands me the bag I asked for the refund for the strawberries she acts like she doesn't understand English but answered the intercom in English. So I asked for my money in Spanish and she said and then why I said yes I need the refund or the fresas con crema and she acted like she didn't speak Spanish either.. so I am 30 minutes after I ordered and I have cold chips no strawberries and no money back... horrible place, horrible service.

Love this place. So yummy. I went through their drive thru which different then other ones I've seen. It's like built off on the side of the restaurant and at first, I wasn't sure if I should drive on it. But very great customer service, especially the man at drive the drive thru window

My husband and I ordered delivery with Uber eats. We were a little concerned with what we ordered because of the chips becoming soggy from the time they made the order until we received it. We were a little disappointed that uber eats did not deliver all the way to our house so we met them halfway and made it work. When I tell you we were VERY SURPRISED with how they handled everything we were super happy with the delivery overall. They packaged everything separately so our tosticarne order was not soggy! 5/5 stars 👌🏻
