I love reds tacos and more and will come to Danny's specifically for the food. But last night I was severely disappointed and ended up in the hospital with an allergic reaction due to them not making my order correct. I ordered a veggie quesadilla with birria added, and what I received was entirely wrong. What should have had bell peppers, grilled onions, and beans with birria added, I got a quesadilla with beans, raw onions and tomatoes, and carne asada. When I brought it back the employee argued with me trying to say he told me what was in it, which is wrong he told me what was in the veggie taco and that's why I didn't get that bc I can't have raw onions. I have a specific allergy to an enzyme in raw vegetables that gets cooked out so I ordered the quesadilla knowing it had grilled onions and would be safe for me. Then he continues to argue saying the quesadilla doesn't come with bell peppers, I corrected him saying it's on the menu with the ingredients so he changed it saying they're out. Then I mention the raw onions and he offers to refund and remake it but when I received the new one the onions were barely cooked so I had an allergic reaction and ended up in the emergency room at 12am. Not to mention they put carne asada instead of birria and when I pointed it out he said they were out but never mentioned that when I paid to add it to my food. Just kept arguing with me and changing the story. Probably thought I was drunk and wouldn't notice the difference but I don't drink I come specifically for the truck which is why I'm so upset. Horrible customer service!! Great food when it comes out right! I still have yet to receive my refund as well..

We've been several times to Reds at the Outlet Mall on have always had great hot dogs and service. However, today we went. We purchased 4 Elote dogs. We received 2 that had no bacon at all. My husband told the man behind the counter that we ordered and paid for 4. That we needed bacon. He said 1 minute in his extremely broken English. The next two came out about 5 minute later again with no bacon and now a woman was behind the counter also and she stated they were out of bacon. So we received and had already paid for 4 Hotdogs with no bacon, a main component that we were never told before we ordered they were out of. We wouldn't have ordered these. They didn't give us a refund. This is frustrating. It you don't have ingredients that are supposed to be on a menu item stop making it. Or at the very least inform the public what you don't have!

It was my first time trying them this evening and although the meat is well seasoned the dishes are lack luster. The Carne street tacos were dry and the birria burrito had no cheese or sauce and the put pinto beans in it as a filter. Definitely not worth the money.
