Goel is a real one! Food is great

Six of us went on Dec 22. Firstly we had to go back to retrieve our coats and sweaters because it was so absurdly cold. Our waiter was very kind in understanding our concern. The restaurant was not very busy and yet the drinks were slow to arrive and our food exceptionally slow. Granted we shared some items and usually when considering pasta this would be reasonable but the portions were not only exceedingly small even with 2 additional items, which were also skimpy. The Alfredo was anything but creamy (very dry)
and our Italian member did not finish his spaghetti and meatballs because he said it had a metal taste. When I expressed how small the portion was, the waiter offered to bring bread (surprisingly not already brought);
what a shock to be charged $8!
Nice looking restaurant but very disappointing!

Was super impressed with this place! The GM, Goelle, works super hard, which shows by the way the restaurant operates! The food came out quick, was delicious & there was plenty of staff to handle how busy it was on a Friday at 7pm. Also, the bartender, Rachel, was wonderful! Overall, fantastic experience!!

Wife and I showed up roughly at 6:20pm and were told it would be a 5-10 min wait. No big deal. Odd that there were a few open tables though. 25-30 min passed and after being repeatedly asked if we’d prefer to sit at the bar and responding with “no,” we’re finally seated….at a table that had been open the entire time?! Sat down, ordered a couple salads. One set of silverware. Asked the hostess who was bussing tables and bringing out water for another set of silverware who acknowledged, but then proceeded to forget. I decided to grab one off another table. Waiter takes our order, brings out our food, but no check-in afterwards. The only saving grace for this establishment is it’s food. No complaints there. But the staff (at least the ones we dealt with), need some serious training on customer service and competency, and learn to be more personable. It almost felt like we were imposing or like we stepped into a “local joint” and we were just some outsiders that shouldn’t have been there. Oh well, maybe we’ll try takeout next time.

Went in yesterday, and can honestly say some of if not the best pizza I’ve ever had. Mozz sticks were perfect as well. Will be returning, only thing that would make it better would be some sort of fountain drinks.

My pizza was more than well done. Charcoal burnt. The spaghetti noodles had to be sent back since they were undercooked. Crunchy undercooked. I was underwhelmed. Could have been better.

I've never eaten here and now I never will. I attempted to order food to go from here a few evenings ago. I looked at the menu before I came and knew what I wanted. Unfortunately, the hostess who was assisting me didn't have any idea what I was talking about when I tried to order. I requested a menu, showed her the item, and she proceeded to walk away to talk to the bartender. Once my order was put in the computer successfully, I attempted to pay with cash, two twenties to be specific. The hostess, who never gave me her name, looked at me as if I tried to pay with Monopoly money. After an absurd amount of time, she finally walked away again to get change from the bartender. When she came back, she handed me a twenty and the change from the bartender. I immediately handed her back the twenty, explaining that money was for my food. I then took the total of my bill and counted up to confirm my change back. It was short $3. I told the hostess this and she again looked at me blankly. I told her to keep the $3 as a tip, to which she nodded and proceeded to answer the phone as I walked out. When I got back to my friends at the bar next door, I had just finished telling the story and my second- hand embarrassment for the hostess, when she shows up next to me. She proceeds to tell me her manager said I owe an additional $7. Baffled and embarrassed as my friends and other patrons are staring, I told her no as I had counted the change back in front of her and they had shorted me $3. She proceeded to argue with me becoming more and more indignant and tells me I can talk to her manager. Livid at this point, I walk back to the restaurant and request the manager. No other than the bartender from earlier speaks up that she is the manager. I tell her the situation, to which she stares at me condescendingly. I finally tell her they can keep their food, and I want my money back. She gave me the $20 bill but not the $3 I was shorted.
I understand people can be new, but something that should have been turned into a training opportunity for an employee was turned around on me into a humiliating experience.

TLDR: Don't go here unless you want to be accused of stealing rather than the restaurant properly training their staff.

Maybe the best mozzarella sticks I've ever had. Pepperoni's are tiny little cups of flavor.

First visit here. We all found the food to be well seasoned and delicious. Pizza crust was nice and crisp. Loved the mix of toppings on the vegetable pizza. Caesar salads were fresh and flavorful. My friend had the meatball appetizer as an entree - sauce was delish and more than enough was left for a second meal to take home. Plan to return!

Salad was good, but would have been nice if they would have split it when we said we sharing it. Pizza was outright cold when it hit the table. Finally, it had to be the smallest cocktail glass for an old fashioned in town.

Enjoyed Sonoran Restaurant special. So much food! Caesar salad, ABG salad were huge! Pizza delicious and the dessert of fried dough was addictive! While all the waitstaff were very professional and friendly, Sil was outstanding! She advised us on the dessert and she was so right! She was so friendly and sweet. We are so happy that we returned after our disappointment a couple of years ago. We will be back!

Very nice restaurant in the Oracle Road area. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable and food was very good. We wanted to try them for Sonoran Restaurant Week and they certainly did not disappoint! Everything was delicious and we will certainly return.

ABG salad perfect and split in kitchen for us. Brussel sprout appetizer seemed a little smaller, yet tasty as always. Roasted mushroom pizza with cream sauce, mozzarella, & truffle was excellent. Cocktails were well balanced and delightful. What particularly stood out was our server's impeccable timing. I was with a friend and we were spending a bit of time catching up. Brittney M was sensitive to our needs the entire meal. Brava!
