Roadrunner is a cute place with a really nice staff. Got a bacon breakfast burrito and yuck...it tastes like a frozen one. Definitely don't come here for the burritos. I also got a matcha latte it was pretty good. It had some chunks of the matcha power, which could be mixed in so not the end of the world.

Roadrunner used to be one of my favorite local coffee shops. However recently they changed their reward program and have consistently gotten orders incorrect. Today we will ordered mochas and the barista forgot the chocolate… in addition, ordered a crumb cake and got a cinnamon roll? I understand being out of items- but communicate that to the customer.

Excellent choices! Friendly service

It's ok. Very sweet drinks that lack subtly. Staff was wonderful. Pastries werent made In house, they were ok. All in all maybe better then Starbucks but I much prefer stacks/cartel/presta

STELLAR! A compliment I don't offer often, but cannot offer enough here. I visited for my first time minutes ago.

The pastries, especially the cream cheese danish, flakey, buttery, the crust had a light and airy texture that was enjoyable to bite into, perfectly made; the cream cheese center though overwhelmingly sweet, was not unbearable by any measure, the portion size for this product was also fantastic for the price!

With it, I had a Chai tea latte, served whole milk. The flavor is spiced to perfection, significantly better (both in price and in taste) than either Starbucks or Dunkin Donuts; the temperature was perfect and the size for the price was excellent.

The girl who took my order was welcoming but most importantly knew what the establishment was serving and when I requested a suggestion (something I've been burned by before...) between the various desserts, the cream cheese danish and the cherry danish, she offered the opinion that she liked the cream cheese more, so I went with that. Having employees that know what's good on your menu and have good taste in things will take you further than anything else.

I normally leave lower tips on first visits because I've been burned so many times by establishments like this across the country, but this is one of the few times (and the first in Arizona) where I felt like I left too little a tip. The quality, service and environment are fantastic!

Food and drinks are wonderful. The Baristas are enjoyable. Outside seating is marvelous (Oct 20), and they have a drive-thru!

So, I'm mixed on this place. I've gone a total of three times to give them a fair chance. Here's the deal, they aren't particularly good or bad. Service is okay, and product is mediocre. This wouldn't be a deal if their prices reflected their quality, but it doesn't. You pay Starbucks prices for a substandard product. No issue with employees and service, but they are very mid.
