This was my families first time visiting Roadrunner Coffee and I was so impressed! Julius was super friendly, the service was quick, and my drink tasted amazing. We went though the drive through and Julius had such a warm, welcoming vibe that made me feel comfortable right away. We will definitely be coming back—such a great first experience!

I ordered my prickly pear ice tea and was socked that it was so sour I could not even drink it!!!! Did you change your recipe ???? I cannot have sweeteners of any kind but this was nothing like what I have had in the past and it is really too bad .

I got a large iced latte and I think that it was just coffee and not espresso. It didn’t taste like any form of espresso at all just like a pot of coffee or something so I don’t know if they’re espresso machine was down or whatever but it wasn’t good and I wouldn’t go and get any more lattes from these guys

This is my local go to coffee place. I usually go to the one off Wetmore when picking up my coworker for work. Staff is always friendly and I feel you get mote for your money as opposed to Starbucks. Don't forget to sign up for the rewards program!

Ordered a breakfast burrito and asked if I could change the cheese. Turns out they can't because they are just frozen burritos! Like think the kind you get in a big box at the grocery store where there is just egg goo, not egg pieces. Ordered a bacon one out of desperation, received sausage. Wouldn't have mattered tho because again, you are paying for someone to heat up a frozen grocery store burrito so it was gross to say the least. Like, how long does it take to make a breakfast burrito that THATS what you decide to outsource? What else is just reheated frozen isle food here????

I am extremely upset with this place. Their posted hours are 7-4pm and when I arrive at 3:30 they have already taken it upon themselves to close up shop and leave. No note stating maybe an emergency just looked liked the employees took it upon themselves to leave. Wasted my time on my lunch break.

Friendly barista, and there's something about their white chocolate mocha that I will be driving out of my way for! The blueberry muffin was soft on the inside, had a sweet sugar texture on top, and was large to boot!

Fact #3690 that makes Tucson one of the greatest places on earth is all the great coffee shops. With all the fantastic coffee joints, this drive thru gave me one of the best experiences. I know what you’re thinking, “an experience at a drive thru?” The team is just fun. The man taking my order, fun fella, and the barista loves what he does, he doesn’t just brew a cup of coffee, he has puts up a whole production. 🤎🤎🤎 Cheers!

I normally don't give bad reviews until giving a company a fair shot, but my first impressions of this place is terrible. I went to another location yesterday and their credit machine was down. It irked me a bit that they didn't have a sign about it until you're already in the Drive-Through, but stuff happens.
So, today, I try again to order from this location and their oven is down for cleaning at 1:30 pm.
I have no idea if this place is any good and I never will because I'm now convinced Roadrunner is too unreliable. If I'm on the road doing gigwork and I need food, I need to know the place I'm stopping isn't going to be a waste of time.
