Tteok-bokki probably the grossest thing I bought at the mall. The gravy was like straight liquid, the pieces of fish cakes were very old and the rice cakes tasted like they have been sitting in the broth for days not firm and chewy but large and bloated it almost fell apart, and expensive.

I have walked by this place many times and I finally decided to try it. The owner I believe it was, was the sweetest lady ever. I got the cinnamon toast crunch croiffle and it was so super yummy. I definitely will be coming back, not only was the food amazing, but the customer service was absolutely fantastic.

This is my favorite stop in the Tucson Mall. The tteokbokki, mandu, and kimbap are all tasty and I love to pair them with a green grape croffle. The banana milk latte is a delicious drink option. You can't go wrong with any of the items on the menu so visit this gem and enjoy!

The lady that owns it is so sweet. She always has a smile and anytime we've had a question of how to say certain words like tteokbokki. The first time we tried the croiffle and we fell in love with it and she was so sweet to give us another one as the store was closing when she didn't have too. Would recommend to anyone and everyone. The food is always outstanding and makes you want to come back for more including the customer service. Never a bad experience with this company. Forever a customer.

Absolutely fantastic Had the cinnamon croffle sundae, a butter cream latte and custard boong-o. Everything is fresh and just the perfect amount of sweetness. If youre in the mood for a delicious treat stop in and say hi.

The only thing keeping me from giving this place a 5 star review, is that they don't make the croiffles made to order. As I asked how long ago they were made, the cashier lady mentioned Hours ago. I don't want a chewy Croiffle. The point is to have it fresh. I hope they can start doing that. I've had ot fresh there one time. Came in today and left without my fix because they were unable to do so. Sadly disappointed.
In reply to your response: not always chewy at all. I went before and it was a nice crispy waffles on the outside and soft on the inside. But I will try to go within those times. I hope to have the same experience I did my 1st time

Tried this on a whim as we were leaving the mall. Let me tell you my wife and I will be back for more! We ordered the lotus cookie croffle and it was amazing, crunchy, yet soft on the inside, the flavor was rich and complimented perfectly with the cream. We couldn’t believe what we were eating and how we haven’t tried it before 12 out of 10. The staff was polite and quick to make it fresh for us. Looking forward to the next flavor.
