We came here today since we were visiting Tucson and I want to say, I am coming back to Tucson just to eat at Rollies! We got some complimentary queso and chips and let me say, the queso was delicious, one of the best ones I’ve had. My fiancé and I are visiting from Atlanta and wow, I'm genuinely sad to not have a Rollies back home! I have a severe shellfish allergy and I'm over the moon that this establishment was shellfish free on our visit. We shared a birria pizzadilla, chicken rollies and birria rojo cheesy and every bite left us wanting more - 5 stars all around. Had the Birria Pizzadilla and oh my goodness....SOOOOOOOO DAMN GOOD!!! You will not be disappointed with the flavors. This will be my go to for pizza!!!!! Gal at the register was so personable and sweet!!! THANK YOU!
