Place is clean, nice music, a whole vibe! The staff us super friendly. I don't know about you but my food has to look good, the food and presentation is amazing! Roll on over to Rollie's...you won't be disappointed!!

I took a to-go order of the queso birra and rollies chicken tacos. I can never find good birria tacos but these were the best. My son said they put crack in them thats how good he thought they were. The lady at the counter made suggestions after I told her I had never been there and she gave good recommendations. Definitely gonna go back. I didn't stay to eat but overall it looked clean and well kept from what I saw.

Service was amazing! Cashier and waiter were so nice and sweet. Chicken and potatoes flautas were amazing, queda birria was amazing!! The birria ramen was a little bit salty for my liking but still good and the concha ice cream was amazing!! The nutty flavor with the vanilla and concha was so good! 9/10 will definitely be coming back!
