In these tough times, Macaroni grill provides the best pick service and quality of food I've had in 2 months. Excellent value as well and still friendly smiling service. We'll be back again and again. Looking forward to dining in again too.

I was alone ,so I sat in the bar. The bartender was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. I decided on the mushroom ravioli, it was stellar. The bread and their olive oil mixture is amazing. They also have a really good house red wine. I was impressed overall, and I'm normally not by chain restaurants. I would definitely recommend it.

Love the bread oil balsamic and pepper to start. The pasta dish was great as well. 1:30pm time was pretty quick to to be served.

Party of 4. 3 of us had over cooked pasta, 1 under cooked. Mine was so badly overcooked that I ended up sending mine back. They comped the pasta and gave me a free dessert, but... I didn't eat any dinner! I literally had bread, wine, and chocolate cake for dinner. They didn't offer me an alternative entree. The wine was great though! Everything else was.. fine. Service was slow, and they kept saying it was due to a large party. So they didn't staff correctly. Even the change from our bill was messed up. I don't recommend this restaurant and I wouldn't eat here again. Seriously, just go to Olive Garden for chain Italian food.

The food is always excellent ! Will always recommend coming here BUT this restaurant should really fix the booth seats . They are in bad conditions and does not reflect the good quality of the food and the service .

What an unpredictable experience! The food was good however, the staff appeared to be working at an alarmingly frazzled rate. However, they did comp some drinks after they spilled mine in my lap and got my friends drink order completely wrong... Twice. It's honestly hard to explain what we just went through. We ate, we drank, we appreciate the staffs effort but it was very strange.

I’m very disappointed in the service and quality of food at this restaurant! I had my husband, 4 yr old, and 1 yr old with me and we waited FOREVER to place or order and we waited a very long time until our food arrived. I don’t know what took so long because it wasn’t that busy and the food was a disgrace to Italian food. The chicken tasted like it was recently frozen and was extra chewy in places. The pasta sauce tasted like sauce from a can was just dumped on it (no spices or flavor at all). My husbands eggplant parm was burnt in places and undercooked in others. The waitress messed up our bill twice (and she messed up our neighbor’s too). The only pluses are the atmosphere is pretty nice and the bread is amazing! To improve, i suggest staff get more training on providing timely service and the chefs need cooking lessons on how to prepare quality Italian food. It’s terrible when I get charged $16 for an entree that I could make better at home for $5.

Not terribly consistent food wise, but the service is always good. This time our food was very good with the exception of the macaroni and cheese bites. They were not cheesey and a bit overdone. Peppadew peppers appetizer was delicious. The rigatoni and sausage entree lacked sauce; mushrooms ravioli were flavorful, with a good sauce and many mushrooms.

We visited the restaurant on Christmas Day. As we did not plan on being in town that day we did not have a reservation. However, even though they were extremely busy our wait time for a table was minimal. Our server, Jessica was outstanding and we had excellent service. The food was very good and was served much quicker that we expected due to the amount of customers they were cooking for. From the time we walked in the door we received excellent service. Our thanks to each and every person who was working that day. We deeply appreciate everything you did to make us feel welcome and to provide us with excellent food.

The food is pretty dismal. Had the Sorrento Half Chicken which was i guess a promotional or seasonal menu item. The chicken tasted as though it was either precooked before they put it in their pizza oven, or overcooked. Either way it just had that old chicken taste to it. A single potato was cut into wedges, one of which was mashed when the plate arrived. absolutely not worth the price. Their Caesar salad is honestly, pretty boring. Could've used a little more dressing and sharper flavors. The corn chowder soup (soup of the day) was served at a decent temperature but the lobster bisque was barely lukewarm. The only positives are drinks, dessert, and the service.

Nice ambience and super attentive service. The meals were crisp and delicious. Will easily recommend this spot to my friends. Reasonable prices and generous portions. Great job.

Always a good meal here! Love the fresh baked bread to dip in olive oil, balsamic vinegar and fresh ground pepper. Great friendly service.

I haven't eaten at a Macaroni Grill in years. It's as good as I remember. The only disappointment was that there was no lobster to be found in the lobster bisque. Just a faint flavor of lobster.

It was great as always. They are the best. They know my name when I walk in and know just what I am going to get. Great Staff
