In these tough times, Macaroni grill provides the best pick service and quality of food I've had in 2 months. Excellent value as well and still friendly smiling service. We'll be back again and again. Looking forward to dining in again too.

What a huge disappointment the 5 for $25 was!!!!! We were so looking forward to it. It was advertised as free delivery. The order came on time. However, our pasta arrived and it was stone cold. They forgot the bread. When we called about it, the very unsympathetic clerk told us "Im sorry. You can come get it." This is the best they can do???? Really when their restaurant is sitting empty!!! Don't bother ordering from there. With that attitude, I hope they close their doors forever!!!

I was alone ,so I sat in the bar. The bartender was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. I decided on the mushroom ravioli, it was stellar. The bread and their olive oil mixture is amazing. They also have a really good house red wine. I was impressed overall, and I'm normally not by chain restaurants. I would definitely recommend it.

Love the bread oil balsamic and pepper to start. The pasta dish was great as well. 1:30pm time was pretty quick to to be served.

So if you eat inside the restaurant, they offer you free bread. But if you spend the same amount of $ and order the exact same thing to go they expect you to pay for bread! I will never spend another dollar at this restaurant

Party of 4. 3 of us had over cooked pasta, 1 under cooked. Mine was so badly overcooked that I ended up sending mine back. They comped the pasta and gave me a free dessert, but... I didn't eat any dinner! I literally had bread, wine, and chocolate cake for dinner. They didn't offer me an alternative entree. The wine was great though! Everything else was.. fine. Service was slow, and they kept saying it was due to a large party. So they didn't staff correctly. Even the change from our bill was messed up. I don't recommend this restaurant and I wouldn't eat here again. Seriously, just go to Olive Garden for chain Italian food.

We were concerned that this place was not busy on a Friday night, and it smelled musty and looked kind of hazy, but my husband ate at this chain as a kid and was determined to give it a try as an adult. Our server Jessica was great - very quick, friendly, and attentive. My husband had the chicken scaloppine and it was not bad. I had the baked prosciutto and mozzarella which was alright. We ordered the fried mac and cheese but it was inedible - totally dry and had a very weird, coagulated sauce. If it weren't for the good service, I would rate this place lower. We won't be going back, though.

Where to begin? Waited 10+ minutes at the table after being seated by the hostess before someone took our drink orders. I ordered something called a Frizzante, which I thought would be a sparkling, slightly flavored beverage. Imagine my surprise to pay $4 for something that tasted like weird cucumber syrup poured over tap water and ice. Couldn't drink it and sent it back in exchange for water. Kids orders arrived 15 minutes before the adults and, despite our specific request for our lactose-intolerant child, were covered in cheese. Adult entrees show up...to be followed 5 minutes later by our starters. Soup (starter) was room temp. Won't ever step foot in here again.

I wanted to give Macaroni Grill another try because we didn't have a good experience the last time time. I ordered it from Uber Eats. They pushed back delivery twice so I took over an hour to get it and when the food came it was cold. That's a food safety issue, we have no idea how long our food sat out before they had it delivered. It wasn't even lukewarm. It was supposed to be arancini and their prosciutto mozzarella appetizers but they both were not good because they weren't even remotely warm. This is the second time our food has came cold from them, definitely don't order it for delivery.

I can't believe I forgot to hit post!!! So a couple weeks ago my friends & I had lunch here. I've eaten here before & it was always good. But this visit Mike & Sue went ABOVE & BEYOND!!!! First off one my friends is blind. They treated us with kindness and respect! Sue was our server. She was so accommodating. I myself have developed food allergies so for me to eat out can be a bit of a bummer for my friends & servers. I never like to put anyone out and I don't like to be a bother. Sue checked ingredients for me. Mike came over and added to the kindness. He made me up my own salad dressing ! Who does that? Mike did! Between the both of them they customized a dish using a different sauce for my chicken Marsala. Sue made sure everything was great, tasty, hot when it got to our table. We had lots of bread, boxes for all the yummy leftovers and a togo order as well for my friends. This place made our day!!! Coming back??? Uh yeah, In a heartbeat

The food is always excellent ! Will always recommend coming here BUT this restaurant should really fix the booth seats . They are in bad conditions and does not reflect the good quality of the food and the service .

What an unpredictable experience! The food was good however, the staff appeared to be working at an alarmingly frazzled rate. However, they did comp some drinks after they spilled mine in my lap and got my friends drink order completely wrong... Twice. It's honestly hard to explain what we just went through. We ate, we drank, we appreciate the staffs effort but it was very strange.

I’m very disappointed in the service and quality of food at this restaurant! I had my husband, 4 yr old, and 1 yr old with me and we waited FOREVER to place or order and we waited a very long time until our food arrived. I don’t know what took so long because it wasn’t that busy and the food was a disgrace to Italian food. The chicken tasted like it was recently frozen and was extra chewy in places. The pasta sauce tasted like sauce from a can was just dumped on it (no spices or flavor at all). My husbands eggplant parm was burnt in places and undercooked in others. The waitress messed up our bill twice (and she messed up our neighbor’s too). The only pluses are the atmosphere is pretty nice and the bread is amazing! To improve, i suggest staff get more training on providing timely service and the chefs need cooking lessons on how to prepare quality Italian food. It’s terrible when I get charged $16 for an entree that I could make better at home for $5.

Not terribly consistent food wise, but the service is always good. This time our food was very good with the exception of the macaroni and cheese bites. They were not cheesey and a bit overdone. Peppadew peppers appetizer was delicious. The rigatoni and sausage entree lacked sauce; mushrooms ravioli were flavorful, with a good sauce and many mushrooms.
