Being originally from Chicago to be able to find a place that makes and serves good Chicago style pizza is a joy. The people there were great and the pizza was just like back home. I in my personal opinion on the scale 1 out of 10 my rating is a 10+

Ordered pizza online. Even though I received a confirmation email of my order, they did not have it when I went to pick up my pizza. So, had to wait while they made the pizza from scratch. Then a review of my credit card transactions showed me that I was either charged twice for my purchase or they may have used my credit card on a different transaction for someone else. They did, however, process a credit/refund of the larger amount that was charged to my credit card. VERY DISAPPOINTING. My sister and I had gone to the Rosati's on Ina Rd for take-out and restaurant for a number of years and always had great service. We have moved closer to this one on Tanque Verde, but will not be going there for our Rosati pizza fix again.

Second order in the past few months. Pizza was smashed to one side of the box both times. Called the first time never received a call back from the manager. Tried it again, same smashed Pizza. Both pizzas have generic tomato sauce. Does not taste like the quality or flavor of the past owners. ordered for over 15 yrs and never disappointed. Do not waste your money with no owners.
If the store on tanque provided free pizza and other food for free I would not eat it or offer it to a wondering dog. The food is terrible and the service terrifying. It is a terrible place in both quality and service and needs to be closed.

If you value your time and money stay away! Placed and order was told 30 minutes arrived 45 minutes later and it still wasn't ready. It took an additional 15 more minutes to prepare the order.

It's back! Sorta. The old rosatis was more of a local style with their own sauce and menu. This store is now more in line with the traditional rosatis. For some this will make it worse and others better. Like all Arizona Chicago style places don't expect the deep dish to taste like if you got it in Chicago. Sliced cheese vs shredded makes a difference but logistically outside of Chicago no one used sliced cheese. Their thin crust is thin and can get soggy. To avoid this rather than get the pizza cooked well done order it uncut. Grease seeps through the cuts in pizzas. If you wait to cut it at home the juices will settle and not spill out like in a prime cut of steak after it's rested.

Their meatballs, marinara, and lasagna are excellent, but...CHECK YOUR BAG AND LIFT YOUR LIDS BEFORE YOU TAKE OUT. I ordered 5 entrees for a birthday dinner. I picked up, and it was all packaged in a stapled-shut brown bag. When I got the house, one of the entrees was missing. I called and went back (had to wait 15 mins. for them to make it) to get my missing entree. Asked the person at the counter if the meatballs where in there, and she replied, "yes." Halfway back to the house, the cook called me saying he forgot to put meatballs in the entree. I'm not turning around again...people are waiting for me to eat dinner. No one there is paying attention to what goes out the window. Food is too good and expensive for such basic service errors.
