Really wanted to love this place — it’s a small, local sushi spot with a loyal crowd and super friendly service. Our waitress even went out of her way to hand-make a chili for us when we asked for more spice (which was such a nice touch).
That said, the food itself fell a little flat. The dishes I tried just lacked flavor and depth — nothing particularly bad, just not very memorable. On the bright side, they do offer a ton of vegetarian and vegan options, which is great for plant-based diners. Overall, it’s a decent choice if you’re nearby, but not one I’d go out of my way for.

Sushi was great. Sushi chef was great. Left a tip for the chef and when I took my ticket to pay for my meal I tipped the cashier as well. Then the lady started insulting me over the tip amount and asking for a bigger tip as I was walking out of the joint. Across the whole restaurant. They both got well over a 15% tip. Wish I could have taken my tip back from her ngl. But the chef was great

The chicken teriyaki and shrimp/vegetable tempura were awesome.

Horribly rude wait staff. Sushi was ok, but will not go again due to their wait staff. Wait staff actually made fun of a patron not being able to pronounce a food item on the menu. Then they got the order wrong and they proceeded to make fun of the patron saying they didn’t know how to read.
