Just saw a couple of reviews by other unsatisfied customers and it reminded me of my experience at Sachiko last year. It is true as one reviewer said. When it's a good night, the food is great and when it's a bad night, the food is awful. That's bad enough to deal with but then the angry owner arguing with you is the worst. For me, they knew I had visited many, many times before and never complained. The food was good. Service was acceptable. When the time came and I did receive a bad order, that is when all hell broke loose. It was regarding the preparation of a salmon dish according to the menu. They got the order wrong and omitted a side of potato salad. When I brought it to the attention of the waitress, immediately the owner comes to the table and starts arguing with me. She tells me that even though they got it wrong, it's still good food and the potato salad doesn't go well with it anyway. So I told her if the salmon was prepared correctly as I ordered it and according to the menu, the potato salad would be perfect. Long story short, it was a sad public scene. Not an enjoyable meal. She adjusted the bill slightly but I still did not get what I ordered and should not have to pay for the error. I haven't been back since. If I feel like Sushi, I go to Ginza Sushi on Kolb Rd. in Tucson.

As a vegan this place isn't very vegan friendly. All their broths, including miso had fish in it - BEWARE! Their avocado rolls are good, they have a few other vegan/veggie rolls but nothing special. The vegan options are very limited. It can also get very loud, and there are TVs everywhere. They don't have volume but I prefer places without TVs, unless it's a sports bar.

My sister invited me to have lunch and this cute little hidden sushi spot on Wilmot .I was surprised it was pretty full inside when we walked in during lunch time.The good took a little while but it was worth the wait .

The food is pretty good, but when i went there was hair in my food. The servers are nice but kept saying I was lying even though i found a dark colored hair deep in my soup.

Great quality, everything is consistently fresh and delicious. It’s always better to go during off peak hours because it gets packed.

This place was always my go to place. But this last experience will most likely be my last… upon arrival this older lady working was rude with us and rudely told us to wait even when our server was waving us to a table. Then we had to wait at least 15 before they took our order then it took 30-45 mins for our food to show up then after we ate we waited another 45-1 hr for the check. We weren’t the only ones getting shotty service. This was my birthday and our other plans for the night were ruined because we spent almost two and a half hours at this place… don’t come here until they implement some systems because it’s a chaotic unorganized mess. The food is great and always is but the service is terrible, order to go avoid going in. I’ve had many good experiences here but this last one rubbed me the wrong way and I won’t be back until I hear they have better systems
