Only annoying thing about it was trying to pull out the 15 packs of pepsi,and the first thing that happens is one falls and a can breaks spraying me all over my leg. Lose the signs PepsiCo.

Store was not well stocked at all. I had a digital coupon for value pack of 80% ground beef. There was no meat in display area. I asked the butcher he said he only had 85% ground beef. Both male employees including a manager were vaping while cutting meat. This location by far is the worst stocked Safeway store in town. I didn't know you could vape while working when I asked for a rain check they said unable to do rainchecks with digital coupons. The customer service is below par. So sad.

I usually enjoy visiting this store. It feels safe and it’s clean. I also really think the butcher department is wonderful too. They go out of their way to be helpful. That is why I’m giving it 2 stars instead of the zero it deserves today. Tonight, I asked for help at the self check out for a digital coupon that wasn’t working. This is a constant problem that I have with this safeway, so I’m used to checking my receipt and asking for help it the discount isn’t coming off.The self check cashier asked for my phone in order to fish through my Safeway app to ‘help me’. He couldn’t figure out why it wasn’t working. I told him I had not bought any soup this week. He replies, ‘you probably exceeded the 8 can limit’ and walked away done ‘helping.’ I then asked for a manager. I found the employee’s attitude offensive and I didn’t receive my discount, even though I’d clipped the coupon.He returned with fellow employee, not a manager! This new employee had equally poor people skills!! He didn’t ask me what the problem was, he didn’t look at me during the interaction and he never apologized for his employee not doing his job and accusing me of lying. He needed my cell phone as well.Surprise surprise, I arrive home with my much fought for 99 cent Progresso and my phone is missing! Probably an accident on my part but maybe not, the thing was getting passed around at check out! Drove all the way back, went up to customer service. The real manager informed me that the second man I’d interacted with was not a manager. When I expressed outrage, he responded, ‘what’s the difference? He helped you didn’t he?’

It's ko0l, just next door actually. The store app really helps you save money, if you're not using it you should. Great deals , can get free items, lower prices with digital coupons using your phone number, decent percentage off your whole shopping, up to $5 even $10 off. I definitely used that. Make it work for you, that's why they have it.

Customer service is great always but the prices are high.which is what I was checking 2 dollar difference in price on two of the three items l purchased.l will still shop there great meat.
Overall it is a still good store..when you check up if they charging the right amount, some coupons or deals as a digital will not work at a register,u could be charged for a regular price.

Love this store I went through self check out about 730pm and a cashier named Jenna helped me out with my digital items ? I am always finding more to love about this store. They are the reason I stopped shopping with frys.
