As a family we want to recognize Amanda - manager, cashier, bagger, everything that is needed of her.
She is loving and kind human and we have made this store our home store because of HER. Always professional, always there to help especially with WIC benefits & then regular purchases.

Too expensive to shop. I went in to get food and a bottle of milk . The man who bagged my purchase did not put the bottle of milk that I purchased into the bag. All he was worried about was the dinner rush. When I got home the milk was missing. Your bagger needs to make sure that we get our purchases bagged and make sure nothing was left out.
Don't plan on getting promoted if you don't check all DEI boxes
This is one of my FAVORITE grocery stores! The staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful! If all they have is self checkout and you won't use it (like me) they will open a lane up so you have the employee ring you up.
I always go on the first Wednesday of the month to get the senior discount. It saves me a lot of money.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Monique at the Safeway Florist department, and I couldn't be more impressed with her exceptional service. From the moment I approached the counter, Monique greeted me with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and went above and beyond to ensure that the arrangement was perfect.
Monique's expertise and attention to detail are truly remarkable. She carefully selected the freshest flowers and arranged them beautifully, creating a bouquet that exceeded all my expectations. Her creativity and passion for her work shine through in every floral arrangement she creates.
What stood out to me the most was Monique's dedication to customer satisfaction. She made sure that I was completely happy with the final product and even offered helpful tips on how to care for the flowers to make them last longer.
I left the store feeling incredibly satisfied and grateful for Monique's outstanding service. If you're looking for a talented and friendly florist, Monique at Safeway is the one to go to. I highly recommend her for all your floral needs. Thank you, Monique, for making my experience so wonderful!
I’m quite literally shocked at my experience with the bakery here. Placed an order over the phone, then went to pick up the cake the next day. Cake was not at all what I’d requested even though I was exceptionally detailed over the phone and the order form (filled out by female employee) notated those details except for poor spelling. The picture is the cake that I was handed… I am appalled to say the least. Manager was not able to meet me to negotiate price or refund and this was for an event that was today to celebrate a wedding. Embarrassing that we have to show our family and friends this cake. Please do better Safeway.
The self-check lanes at Safeway store 2060 have made it much easier to pay for shopping orders. Store representatives are always available to help customers who have difficulties or who need assistance.
Best bakery! This store is small and as such, doesn't have a large selection.

They need to lower prices.an 6 pack of bottled water shouldn't cost $5-$6!!!!
Love some of the really good deals / prices they tend to have on eggs milk butter juice and especially the ice cream.. but what sucks is that majority of their products are more expensive than most stores and having to clip the digital coupons and not being always able to have access to a phone.
But I'm pretty sure they donate some items like store brand cereal various bread tuna packets ramen noodles and various canned goods to a church that has a food pantry. In which I really appreciate.
Smaller store but has everything I need.
It was my first time visiting this location and the undercovered loss prevention staff followed my relentlessly. I do not steal. I don't look like I steal. I was raised right. No one could pay me any amount of money to do wrong. He followed me from isle to Isle one of the worse experiences of my life. I will never shop there. 6/13/2024
I have never had a bad experience in this location, I stopped to buy a Starbucks for my daughter and the woman from the moment we arrived had a not very friendly attitude, she put pure ice in the cup, it was almost full of ice, I didn't close the lid of the cup and I told her that it didn't close and he told me that's the only thing there and the way I answered I told him I'm not going to bring the drink and he snatched it from my hand and threw it aside that it didn't hurt me the money the manager gave me a card from the store because you pay with Apple Pay. If you have a bad day, it's not the customers' fault and if you don't like your work, get another one because you won't like it if they treat you badly. It's customer service and I wasn't asking you for anything for free. You charged me $7.23 for nothing.
