Today I came through the drive through and was helped by Samantha. I’ve been to quite a few salad and go locations but today really stood out because my coffee was PERFECT. I mean WOW. I asked for extra simple syrup and vanilla and half and half and it was perfect like I made it myself but better….. Food is always a hit, but today Samantha just made my morning. I was dancing in the car when I left!!!

I’m a fan. You get a good salad at a very reasonable price in a quick manner.Vegetarian options: All salad can be vegetarian by adding tofu and omitting bacon.

I was really stressing out because I couldn’t find my debit card and had a very short lunch break before I had to get back to the office. Carlos over at Salad and Go made me feel at ease. I left their feeling well taken care of with a beautiful salad that was so delish!!! They have some unique salad combinations that are just so good, I could eat there every day.

They are the worst one around. Whether 1 person in line or 0 in line they will make you pull in a parking spot and wait 10 minutes for 2 burritos, everytime, never fails. The quality and service of the phoenix locations make this one look terrible. I like salad and go but this one gives them a bad look.

Great food/drinks and value. Happy we have Salad and Go's in Tucson. They are friendly and have not had issues with special requests. Mango green tea is awesome.

I read some of these negative experiences, and I am in agreement. When they first opened, they were great. You got large chunks of chicken. Now, it's this shredded glob piled on top of the lettuces and ingredients. The flavor of the salads overall is still good, at least to me, but the quality level at which it is prepared, and the attitude of the employees, is lacking - They're very rude if you have a problem with anything. There is no accountability nowadays for anything it seems. I will probably go back, because like was also mentioned, it's a good alternative to a burger or something else, and the price is reasonable - I just hope they go back to the chicken chunks one day - The chicken glob is not near as tasty -

After a previous bad experience where I received a salad that was a sloppy mess I went back to give it another tryThis experience began at the drive-thru window after requesting no blue cheese crumbles on my Cobb saladStarted this back and forth with the woman on the speakerCorrecting me like I was a child.Pulled up at the window and was handed a bag with my salad immediately but the handles of the bag were covered with food which got all over my car seatsI think it was avocado on her gloves.Didn't say anything paid for my salad went homeAnother sloppy mess hardly any greens and with the added attitude from their employee just not worth itI certainly won't go back to this location but might give one of the other places a try there's one over on kolb and after reading some of the other reviews it seems like my experience has been shared with othersReally prefer the Cobb salad at Chick-fil-A with better proteins and dressingsAnd no attitude

Yes I was here and I love all the salad and goes but I actually did wasn't there for a salad I was there to meet somebody because I was selling some shoes online and I had to meet the lady there to sell her the shoes but I do love solitude thanks for the use your parking

I used to go to this location all the time. They recently have taken ingredients out of the salads and portions are quite a bit smaller. Worth going to the Broadway location and skipping this one.Oh and 3 cherry tomatoes will cost you 59c!
Driven by hundreds of times, went for my first time today. All I can say for sure is that, these folks are going to be tired of seeing me.
We love this Salad and Go. The people working are so kind and they are thankful for our support. It's part of our walks and often Salad meals.
