We loved them when they first opened, but things have changed, prices went up, and now they won't reimburse me for ordering at the wrong location... which somehow reverted to "nearest" location after I'd already picked our "favorite" location in the app. The people at the store told me I could just reorder and they would reimburse me through the app, but instead I paid twice for a mediocre wrap. Sad, since they already closed the other location we went to.

I’ve eaten at Salad and Go multiple times. An affordable, healthier choice that tastes great. The addition of the Lemon Vinaigrette dressing is a great choice. (My new favorite.)
Unlike some of the other reviews on here, I have not experienced any quality concerns.
My only concern about the dressings is the portion. At one time, the package used to contain more dressing. Now it’s half-empty.

Excellent customer service. Salads ? are always fresh and made to order. We order from them about 2 to 3 times a week. They also have two drive-thru windows, one's for orders that were placed ahead of time online and one to be ordered at the window. There also is a walk-up and order option too. But no place seat eat. If you order online, they also give you the option to time your order to be picked up whenever you want it.

These salads are getting smaller and smaller. The last two visits to this location (which is closer to me) the salads have been smaller smaller. They used to fill the orange container, plus, this salad only had 5 little pieces of chicken in it. This container only had salad at the bottom of it!! ? I won't be going back. Word of mouth goes a long way so I'll spread the word about the rip off that this location is. River Road & La Cholla.

On 9/14 at about 8:30 pm went through the delivery pick up drive through to pick up an order, the cashier, short girl, wouldn't come to the window. I waited 5 minutes, then back up and went to the walk up pick up window, I could see the order I needed to pick up inside the refrigerator, I ringed the bell and waited, no service, I knocked on the window, no service. Got back on my car, pulled forward, honked the horn, the girl wouldn't look my way, waited some more, I was about to unassign when she finally decided to come to the window and give me the order that had been ready all along. I waited a total of 12 minutes to pick up this order.

This is not a sit-down place, just to be clear. They have a walk-up window or a drive-thru. I love that i can get a breakfast burrito and a tasty, healthy fresh salad for lunch to take with me to work, and it doesn't take long and is under 13 dollars for both. The staff is always friendly, too. They have different types of salads, or you can build your own. If you'd prefer to build you're own, you may want to use the app because you can't see all of the ingredient choices on the drive-thru menu. Enjoy!

Every time I go there, River & La Cholla, I get my salad incorrectly! Tofu instead of chicken, they give me chicken, or the dressing or whatever…. I wonder why they aren’t paying attention to the orders, maybe they’re texting or on tik tok???
