Love this place. They're fast, the food is fresh and reasonably priced. It's also pretty good and there's a pretty good variety for a literal salad drive-thru.

I usually come to this location and have a great experience but from time to time they forget to add a Fork! How annoying to get back to work and not able to eat your food because they forgot to add one. I had to walk over to another food store and ask for one. ?

Compared to the salad and go I typically visit in Scottsdale this place is extremely lacking. Wait time in the drive through was ridiculous, they forgot to give me some of the food(good thing I checked). When I got home I realized they didn't label the burritos, it was a guessing game in which ultimately people ended up with the wrong orders. The portions on the burritos were laughable.I can see why most salad and go's are successful, it's quick, good and convenient. This location had none of these things, If I was an owner of this location I would be very concerned with this investment.

The people that work here are rude. I ordered a wrap and a soup, and the soup was cold. I kindly asked for a ranch, and the girl in the drive-thru had a horrible attitude over something that was not a big deal.

We’ve been to Salad and Go plenty of times before and this morning thought we would try their breakfast. We placed a mobile order and also ordered 2 salads for dinner later. When we arrived, I gave them our name for the mobile order and the attendant told us to pull up to the window. After waiting in the drive-thru, a guy asked us if we wouldn’t mind pulling around to their mobile pick-up window. I thought this was a little silly given that the order had said it was ready on the mobile app and there was nobody behind us in the regular line. Because I can follow simple instructions however, I did what I was asked and proceeded to the mobile order pick-up window where I waited behind another vehicle. After having waited an additional 5 minutes, the window finally opened and this guy threw the bag at me without an apology or anything. Then I drove all the way home just to realize he forgot to put dressing in one of the salads. I’m not sure how this can happen seeing as how it’s SALAD and dressing is a main component, but obviously something/someone at this store needs help. I shouldn’t have to drive another 40 minutes round trip for a salad dressing packet and without a doubt receive no apology. I realize it’s my choice not to go make it right for ourselves but how hard can it be to put dressing in a salad? They’ve also forgotten forks before too. The salads are good when they’re full but even that is difficult to do sometimes. Also, worst of all, they got rid of the Caprese Salad which in my opinion (and a lot of other people I’ve talked to) was the best one, all because the mozzarella balls were getting too expensive. So charge a little more? Disappointing.Update: this just got even worse. Just opened my salad for dinner (the one WITH the dressing) and found a black hair in it, same color and length that the gentleman who served us today had rendering it completely and utterly useless. Absolutely disgusting. I had 3 stars for fairness considering we’ve been here plenty of times before but I just can’t keep it average when this is beyond unacceptable. 2 stars today is being generous.

I had been in the hospital with my girlfriend for about 6 hours without breakfast or lunch this was about close to dinner time 4pm I go out and get salads from y’all and drinks spent about $25 to GET ONE FORK !!!!! The whole reason why I went to salad and go was because the cafeteria here at the hospital was closed… like one fork y’all, seriously ?!! The lady at the window did not look happy at all !! Maybe change your staff or pay attention managers!!!

I wanted to love this place but it's just a hard NO! First time customer and ordered on the website for pick up. They said the order would be ready in 10 minutes. Got to the drive thru 15 mins later and they hadn't even seen out order come in and told us to go out of the drive thru and across the parking lot to another parking lot. After another 10 mins and seeing several people go through the drive thru with their orders, I walked across the secondary parking lot and up to the window for the order. I was told they were "working on it" I told them it had been over a 1/2 hour since I ordered it and she said it wasn't ready because we came too early! I said just refund me and cancel my order and she said no, they are still working in it, which was not true because after me asking again how much longer, another employee said, "it's right here". I ordered the Caesar wrap and my husband the Cobb salad. The wrap was not a wrap, it was a tortilla with the salad just plopped in the center and put in a foiled paper. The chicken was nothing but mush, mush with a little salad dressing mixed into it like a chicken salad spread. On the website, the Caesar wrap is pictured as a WRAP with Chunked chicken, not mush chicken. It was at least 1/3 croutons and no Parmesan cheese. I had to add some that I had at home along with some salad dressing I had at home. When I took a bite, well, it was just inedible! I was like someone poured lemon juice all over it, it was horrible tasting and I could not eat it. AND to top it off, there was a STRIP OF PLASTIC inside the wrap/salad!!! My husbands Cobb salad was just ok but it had moldy rotten tomatoes on it! I'm sorry, but I expected so much more from Salad and Go, we will not go back. Yeah, it's kind of cheap but it's not cheap when you can't even eat what you buy.

Decent salad considering it's from a drive through. I like how they make there chicken kind of like chicken crumbles.

The worst service ever. The salads are terrible. But I came in at 10:37 to try their chicken pot pie soup. The girl had no brains didn't know if it was ready didn't know what it was and that's all she said to me never came back and said yes we have it or nothing she just ignored me after that. Won't be

Found this place today and decided to try this instead of the usual lunchtime burger and it was the best change of mind I could make. Had the Greek with chicken and it was awesome and filling. And it was cheap! Excellent service, affordable and plentiful, and super healthy. My new go to from now on.
