So salad and go tastes great when you get the things you actually ordered. I order online nearly every time and 4 times they either left out an entire item, didn’t get me the sauce, or they just straight up gave me the wrong item. This time it was all three. I’m not sure how you mess up in order that comes in online with no one at the drive thru and plenty of time to get the meal put together prior and yet… here this place manages to do that. I typically would shrug it off but I spent 17 dollars on a salad, soup, and drink. That blows. If you want salad and go, skip to the next location. Nothings changed over the years of going and I’m pretty tired of driving back or having to go through my bag at the drive thru to ensure someone did their job right.

I had to get out of the drive thru and go somewhere else because this place doesn't know how to not run out of things they fall asleep in that aspect. They didnt have avocados, no balsamic dressing, no parmessan cheese no nothing. Get it together and serve more chicken please atleast

We frickin love Salad and Go, LOL! Healthy and cheap - couldnt ask for better! I always do the Buffalo chicken salad and it's FIRE. I like the mango tea + lemonade also. Lettuce is always fresh and crisp. Wish we had them where I live !!

I love Salad and Go, but let me say this last visit was quite rude. I placed my order and they asked if I wanted to round up for some charity. Ive already do e that as I go there at least 2x a week. I ordered a green drink this time with my wrap, normally I don't. I get to the windows, pay and the girl almost tosses my order thru my window and shuts her window. I'm shocked so bad that I say thank you and drive off before remembering I ordered a drink. I was already too far away to even turn around. Please don't judge people who don't give to your charity's. You dont know what they are going through or if they have already done so. As I told her when she took my order. She got the $3.25 I guess for it since they didn't give me my drink.

So I got the green enchilada chili ($4.50) And when I opened the container at home, it was only half full. Very disappointed. If there wasn't enough for an order, they should have told me they were out. What a rip-off. I feel like they've gone downhill since they opened in Tucson.

Ordered pickup for salads, burritos and wrap, and drinks. The online ordering was easy. The order was ready when I arrived. All was fresh and tasty. Order was correct. Kudos to friendly staff.
