Leaving a poor review because today during lunch hour I waited a good amount of time in line for this location to deny me buying food with a $50 bill. Waste of time and I just hope they save other people the hassle by simply putting a sign up at the entrance of the drive thru so people have the choice of driving away before getting denied lunch!

I love salad and go food but was surprised by the customer service here. I was told that my order of 4 items and 4 drinks was too large of an order and that it should have been placed online ahead of time. It was a very awkward situation. I don’t live near a salad and go so I love grabbing it when I’m in a town that has one. I don’t have the app. It’s a fast food place for goodness sake. You should be able to go through the drive through and order for four people without a problem.
