Only two cars ahead of us and it still took a very long time to get to the window. Very disappointed in my Ceasars salad. Salad was room temperature. Some of the salad was wilted and turning brown. You would think if this is all they do, it would be better than the fast food places. I went there at noon on Saturday, you'd think it would have been fresher.

We love Salad & Go and this location has given us amazing service and food each visit. It’s clean and the employees have been happy and friendly as well as helpful. Our order has been accurate and fast each time. We also recently tried the fresh juices. Love them and such a great price point! Keep up the great work and build more locations throughout the U.S. please! Thanks for making healthy food accessible and affordable!

Dammit. I love coming here right down the street from the job but come on. It's not that hard to make your signature salad BBQ ranch and you forget something in it almost every time I order now. Today no avocado. Last week no egg. Check your salad before you leave!

I got a salad wrap. And they always put the dressing inside the wrap. Today, they didn’t, and gave me a packet instead. How am I supposed to eat on the go, with a dressing pack? Not even a dipping cup. I went to call the store just now. And see about getting a replacement. But I guess they don’t answer the phone. Just an automated response, not even a voicemail. And they hang up on you. Never coming back.

Terrible service, I had an Uber eats delivery i was picking up and I stood waiting at the pick up window for 15 minutes, knocked 4 times, and was ignored by 3 workers before someone finally came to the window to help me. They weren't busy at all and had 4 people working, one lady was just sweeping, the 2 guys were cleaning the line and this blonde girl was just on her phone the entire time. At one point the blonde girl came over and leaned up against the wall directly in front of the window i was at just to text on her phone and when i knocked on the window to get her attention, she just walked away. Finally the lady who was sweeping came over to help me and when i told her the name for the order, she hands me the bag that was just sitting there the entire time already made waiting to be picked up.

will never understand why they offer two lines if only one person is attending both, the flip flop causes the wait to be much longer. highly suggest either getting a second person to work the microphone or closing the second line
i love this place !! i had amazing service from Cat ! my food was pretty good and i did enjoy it ! i loved dealing with Cat but she seemed to be running around doing a lot by herself but she kept a smile on the entire time !! keep up the good work Cat !

We live in Benson Arizona, at least once every week or two we make the trip over to this Salad and Go for dinner. Unfortunately there aren't any closer to us, but it's so worth the drive to get what feels like our healthy meal for the week. Not only do we feel like we've eaten healthy, but Salad and Go hasn't raised their prices astronomically through the roof like other fast food restaurants have. Their lack of greed keeps us coming back more frequently!

Closing stores without notice is a terrible business practice. I absolutely loved the Forney location they are closing (with a week’s notice for the staff) but will never spend another dime at one of their locations ever again.
