Terrible service, I had an Uber eats delivery i was picking up and I stood waiting at the pick up window for 15 minutes, knocked 4 times, and was ignored by 3 workers before someone finally came to the window to help me. They weren't busy at all and had 4 people working, one lady was just sweeping, the 2 guys were cleaning the line and this blonde girl was just on her phone the entire time. At one point the blonde girl came over and leaned up against the wall directly in front of the window i was at just to text on her phone and when i knocked on the window to get her attention, she just walked away. Finally the lady who was sweeping came over to help me and when i told her the name for the order, she hands me the bag that was just sitting there the entire time already made waiting to be picked up.

will never understand why they offer two lines if only one person is attending both, the flip flop causes the wait to be much longer. highly suggest either getting a second person to work the microphone or closing the second line

i had amazing service from Cat ! my food was pretty good and i did enjoy it !
i loved dealing with Cat but she seemed to be running around doing a lot by herself but she kept a smile on the entire time !!

We live in Benson Arizona, at least once every week or two we make the trip over to this Salad and Go for dinner. Unfortunately there aren't any closer to us, but it's so worth the drive to get what feels like our healthy meal for the week. Not only do we feel like we've eaten healthy, but Salad and Go hasn't raised their prices astronomically through the roof like other fast food restaurants have. Their lack of greed keeps us coming back more frequently!

The food is great when you actually get it. They are bad about forgetting either the pita chips or the hummus when I get a combo even when I’m the only customer there.

Closing stores without notice is a terrible business practice. I absolutely loved the Forney location they are closing (with a week’s notice for the staff) but will never spend another dime at one of their locations ever again.
so the fact that you give your employees less than a WEEKS notice that they are losing their jobs is super messed up. I talked to the girl at the window today on your closing day and I was stunned to hear about this. it's sad and bitter sweet to have everything closed but the way it was handled has me even more upset.
Worst way to start your morning is coming here for traditional breakfast burritos and they take forever to hand them to you for your pickup order and tell you that they’re completely out of breakfast potatoes that go with your burrito and they give you a weird breakfast burrito with extra egg to make up for it.
Edit: getting home was even worse. We asked for avocado instead of bacon on the burritos. The avocado slices are disgusting. The avocado slices were very hard and firm, not soft like ripe avocado should be. They were brown in color and difficult to bend, which made them unpleasant to eat. They seemed underripe, not fresh or ready to serve. They don’t even bend that’s how not edible the slices of avocado are. Big waste of time and I wish they just offered us a refund instead of giving us this mess. Mind you I placed the pick up order at 10:05am for 10:15am, got there around 10:20am, breakfast doesn’t end till 11:00am on the weekends, and this was just awful.

I love this place and been a fan since they’ve open. However I brought a salad home today and come to find out there was no dressing. So sad. 😫😫😫😫 This is the second time they messed up my order. 😭Please be better as I love coming back to this place. 😭

I accidentally placed my order at the wrong store and drive thru kid had zero compassion zero customer service didn’t help to make it right. Told me I had to go pick it up at the other location which was 20 minutes away from me. Left without my food. Never coming back.

A couple times a week I’ll stop here for a breakfast burrito and not only is everyone extremely kind but Anna is amazing. I never write reviews but she deserves to be recognized ♥️ give her a raise!!

BRING BACK GREEN REVIVER JUICE!
Service is outstanding. It’s sad that management is so focused on profits that they substituted a healthy drink with disgusting sugar filled crap. Bring back the healthy stuff and I’ll substitute my negative review with a positive one.
