I’m usually a big salad and go fan, but not this location. Make the journey to the other location on speedway or Broadway because the staff here are quite rude. They also messed up the order but I didn’t realize till I was home, so double check while you’re there.

Why is it every salad and go I go to in all of Arizona I’ve been to four in Tucson and 6 in the phoenix metro area I’m sick of this what is wrong with management if you can’t handle the volume don’t release new items

Honestly always the best service. I made a mistake on my order and they just let me try the sweet potato soup and I'm glad they did. It's super yummy. I eat here at least twice a week sometimes more. I split the salads for 2 lunches when I work . Protein and greens instead of cafeteria garbage.
Salad and Go offers the best healthy fast food. You can't beat the quality, the price or the service. If you haven't tried them, do it!! Fast healthy food is better than fast fried food. You'll notice the saving in your pocket as your waistline start to shrink...
And their breakfast burritos!?! Da bomb!!

First, the price has increased. It is now almost $9 for a salad. I went to this location yesterday, the lady working was friendly but they repeated back to me “no pico” 3 times and I get all of the way home and there is pico all over the salad. Had to go back to the store for refund. Disappointing.

The pulled chicken portion is rather small. Not enough to really taste the flavor.
Prices went up, portions went down. The value is just not there anymore, it's a shame. Pre made salads at the grocery store are now a better deal.

Do Not use the walk up window. I rang the bell and Three cars in drive thru were helped before me. They didn't give me a receipt so I can't do the survey. The staff seem frustrated and over worked and confused how to make an egg burrito. I waited 20 minutes. I would've left but I already paid!!! No receipt given when asked. Poor service!!!

Every time I come to salad & go, the service is above and beyond anyone’s expectations on how they would like to be treated. Everyone is always so kind, personable, quick with taking orders and producing your order. Every experience I’ve had is a 10/10. Today I was able to be a part of a free lemonade with your purchase and I believe it was Casandra who helped me, and I asked for her favorite lemonade, and she gave me the yummiest passionfruit type of tea/lemonade and it’s SO yummy! The ladies here today made my entire day!
