Yesterday got food and it was delicious and a great portion of everything. today I got it and my eight-year-old granddaughter ate it and she was still hungry. That's how much of a difference from yesterday it was. HUGE DIFFERENCE, way less chicken too. I drove all the way from SE Tucson for it cause it hasn't been good at Park Place anymore like it used to be unfortunately.

Had the chicken and shrimp teriyaki and side dumplings. Both were very bland and unappetizing especially the vegetables. Do not recommend.

Very bad experience. Never again at Sarku Tucson Mall. I ordered chicken teriyaki without the sauce or sauce on the side. And they ended giving me all the sauces in my food and extra sauce, so then I came back and complain, he said they can’t do it….he’ll just give me my “******** money….exactly how he said it. I was speechless.

It was 6:45 and they close at 7 they said they were already closed. When they clearly looked at each other and like they said no more cause workers looked lazy( the cooks)so unprofessional thru still had time to make one order and on top of that they had 15 mins left to close this proves they close earlier than there close time.
