Customer service was exceptional. I was paying with a gift card that I was sure I had checked and had a balance of $25. I was shocked when the girl told me it showed zero. After a short discussion she told me, don't worry about it sir I've taken care of it. She certainly didn't have to.I ordered the Italian panini and tomato soup. My wife ordered the Turkey & Feta salad and tomato soup. Our soup came out fairly quickly and was very good. My wife's salad came out shortly after. We both ate our soup and my wife had eaten over half of her salad before my panini arrived, approximately 10 mins. Soon after the manager came to our table. He apologized for the wait and comped my sandwich. That's great customer service as I hadn't even complained. Also the food was very tasty. Overall a great experience!

My son, little girl and I love coming here. The food is amazing, the employees are so kind and sweet. The inside and outside is very clean and I love the way it's set up. Everyone there goes above and beyond.

Best service I have ever had at Sauce! Matt, Geo and Nico were so accommodating to my daughter and I during our lunch outing. Food was excellent. Location is clean and all the staff came around several times asking if we were okay and/or needed anything. They should be acknowledged for their hard work! Thank you!

I would like to thank the entire staff that worked today, November 7th, I have been coming to this location for several years. They have great pasta dishes, pizza, sakads, sandwiches, and mac and cheese, and even enjoy a glass of wine or beer with your lunch or dinner, You can even enjoy the nice Arizona weather with outside seating. Everyone that works at this location is proud of what they do. When I call for takeouts, they may put me on hold to take care of another guest, but always returns to the phone to take my order. I have never had a bad meal or takeout from them. Today I want to thank the staff that was working, they all play a part in getting your orders ready. Thanks to Madie, Mina, Gieno, Alex, Brad, and Sammy. Stop in Monday thru Friday and enjoy Happy Hour, dine - in - only from 2 P.M. - 5 P.M. 1/2 off Bottles of Wine & Light Beer, also $2.00 off Glasses of wine, $6.00 one topping personal pizzas and more offers.

Got kicked out of Sauce on Oracle today. That was fun and so nice for my kids who were excited for lunch. Brought Presley to a bday party in the same complex and decided to meet my aunt and uncle at Sauce for lunch. It was hot outside so I decided to run inside and grab a table for us. They were running a little behind so the boys and I sat there for around 10-15 min when I was approached by the manager telling me I couldn’t sit there unless I had ordered. I apologized and said I was just trying to wait for the last of the party to go get in line and he said it wasn’t allowed so I went and stood in line to place our order. I stood in line for ten min waiting to order and he proceeded to tell my children and my uncle we had to leave because the table was for people in the line to order (which I had been in for 10 min now). Mind you there were a dozen of not more tables available. He told us we had to leave and we said you’ve got to be joking we will never go back and he said good don’t ever come back. How is this real life haha. I got there early to save a table and waited to order for a few extra min. How is it possible that a group of paying customers are not allowed to use a table?
