Staff was professional. The Stromboli was disappointing for the price. Barely a step up from a hot pocket but instead of $1 you pay $7 plus tax since it's "prepared food." Haven't tried thr pizza but the Stromboli lacks value.

super rude and unprofessional staff don’t order from here. this was a while ago but i still remember the absolute scene an employee caused and don’t know if they’re still this way because i never went back after this situation. Basically what happened When i ordered spaghetti and meatballs the man making it never asked how many i wanted so naturally i assumed the amount didn’t matter and they just add meatballs.
when i went to pay the cashier she asked what we ordered i said i got spaghetti and i assumed all the spaghetti came with multiple meatballs so once they finished our order she saw what i had and immediately started to make a scene in front of multiple other people ordering and the people working yelling about how we lied about what we ordered and she charged us wrong due to that and we were so confused because i genuinely did not know they charged you for meatballs.
i asked her what she meant and she just kept reprimanding us for lying to her and how it was our fault she charged us less instead of just calmly explaining what happened.she was yelling and making us look back since everyone had started to look at us and we were holding up the line.
before she could even explain she ended up bringing the manager up to the front making more of a scene and made it seem like we did it on purpose and were “stealing” some god damn meatballs because apparently they charge you for each of them but the one making the food never asked how many i wanted nor told me it was a completely different add on to simple spaghetti. the manager ended up being the one who explained to us. she didn’t have to do all that. she could’ve simply explained it was an add on and how much that many meatballs would cost instead of doing all that and making us look like we purposefully lied to get some free meatballs lol.
anyways the food is mid, wasn’t that good, sauce was watery and didn’t taste well. i just simply wouldn’t recommend due to the staff being rude and food being ok.

We paid and sat to eat when some guy William yelled at me from where he was standing to let me know that i needed to bring back the grated cheese The way that he yelled at me like i was a child was very degrading and uncalled for. You definitely don't need to talk to people in that manner and quite frankly if i had a company i would be embarrassed to have such employees working for me that way. William could have easily asked for it back in a polite way instead of making/causing a scene. Needless to say i will not be back to this establisment. I wish that i would have taken a picture if the Ones who were rude but i did catch his name.

I've been late with posting quite a few reviews but a few months ago, I had requested a large pepperoni pizza to be freshly for me and my girlfriend where we could eat at the food court and take the rest to go. We were accurately quoted a pick up time so we could still shop while waiting and the pizza was fresh and delicious upon our return. There were napkins and plates, crushed red pepper and parmesan cheese all neatly stocked as well. I am really happy to see Sbarro at this mall's food court! Great staff, clean layout and workspace, and surprisingly excellent quality since I remember back in the 90's!

Great pizza, I pulled up in a Yankees hat I just bought from lids upstairs, I asked my mom for a pepperoni slice she got a Stromboli.. The dude was nice, She said she didn’t like it much but next time I go to the mall imma pull up just to piss her off??

Garbage food. And Garbage owner who is one of the worst people I have ever met. Treats people with disrespect and thinks he's above everyone else. Calls people for services and treats them horribly, then calls there company trying to get them fired because he doesn't want to pay for the service he called for. Just terrible people.. just remember karma is real and what seeds you sow you will get back..
