My husban and I had our first Schlotzsky's sandwiches in years and this was a first for our son. The quality has definitely dropped. My son and I were not happy at all. Major disappointment for his first experience. He didn't even eat 1/4 of it. Wast of money for sure

I love the ambiance and feel of the restaurant. The lady who got my order was quite nice and answered all of my many questions. The food was FANTASTIC! Big shout-out to the Pastrami Reuben Meal. The sandwich was clean, the rye was to die for, and the sandwich tasted so good, my wife and I had such a great dinner experience. It's amazing how good food can make your day.

Pretty spacious inside and very clean. Organized. They sometimes forget my extras I might order but other than that they've been great. The food is delicious and portioned well.
Usually this is the best sandwiches in my area. I've rated this place 5 stars before. And I'm just going to chalk up this visit to being a fluke bad experience... but their pastrami Ruben was absolutely awful this time. Not usually the sandwich I get but... pastrami is suppose to be thin cut. That's the only way to eat it. But we got our Ruben and the pastrami was cut half nice and thin and half like... almost a half inch thick. And there was even an artery in the middle of mine. Almost vomited. My mom's Ruben had nearly too much sour krout. Mine had almost none. Very very bad. Would absolutely reccommend NOT getting the ruben. Beef bacon smoke cheesy and French dip sandwiches are always good. But the ruben.... well... thanks to that sandwich I will likely need a good year off schlotskys before I can order here again.
Still giving 5 stars overall... but taking a star off for the Ruben yesterday.

First time here from out of state. I enjoyed The Original sandwich more than I anticipated. They can substitute a gluten free roll for any sandwich which is great. Nothing fancy, but I would eat here again.
