Catered with this location for a work event this weekend. Ordering service was very easy to use, they even drove out of their normal service area for me. The deliverer came and insisted on helping set up the table. Perfect service. No issues!

I payed for a Caesar salad and only got the salad there was no Chicken at all, It’s not like I can keep running back and forth because they keep messing up my order. They need to pay more attention to the customers instead of talking around in the back.

The sandwiches are excellent. Although they're main draw is the bread since the rest of the sandwich is fairly simple ingredients. Lots of options that are biblically clean, although not much visibility to the kitchen to see how careful they are about cross-contamination. The employees are not rude but they don't try too hard to be friendly: they don't seem to find any joy in their work so seems like the company needs a culture shift to focus on making their employees happy. Business was pretty slow so makes for a peaceful dine in.

I have been eating at Schlotzsky's for at least 15 years and that started when I lived in Phoenix. The Phoenix location near where I lived closed a year or two before I moved to Tucson.
I loved their Turkey Original. Since I moved to Tucson I have been unable to get a Turkey Original sandwhich I was happy with. And everytime that happens I say I won't go back. Then a year or so goes by and I go back only to be disappointed again.
They did something to the mayo (mayo based) they put on the sandwhich. It now has a hint of oil and viniger taste to it. That does not taste good to me. I am giving up.

Really like Schlotzkys. Wish there were more in Tucson.
My husban and I had our first Schlotzsky's sandwiches in years and this was a first for our son. The quality has definitely dropped. My son and I were not happy at all. Major disappointment for his first experience. He didn't even eat 1/4 of it. Wast of money for sure
