I’ve been a loyal customer for years and this used to be one of my absolute favorite restaurants in Tucson—but after tonight’s experience, I’m honestly shocked and disappointed. I placed a mobile order and arrived to pick it up, only to find that our cheese bread had half the cheese missing. When I politely pointed this out, the employee said, “I’ve been working here for 12 years and that looks good to me,” and then walked away. No apology, no offer to fix it, nothing.
I then asked another employee for his name, and she smirked and said, “You can ask him.” At that point, I went to the counter and requested a refund. I was told their systems were down and it would take a couple of days, but that I’d be refunded. I sincerely hope that happens, but even more than the messed-up food, it was the rude and dismissive way I was treated that left me flustered and upset.
It’s incredibly disappointing to be treated like an inconvenience instead of a valued customer. I won’t be returning.

The best burgers. I had the leatherface, which was creapy to order but really good. The space feels like a cafeteria, but there is some outside seating.
Sigh. The pizza has NO marinara sauce it’s literally a white pizza. Second time I ordered extra sauce I guess nobody read the order because it was the same. Pizza with no marinara sauce. Dreadful. And I was ignored while staff had a conversation for pickup. For a medium pizza for $21.22 with just cheese and no marinara sauce. I’m good.

This is somewhat of a stark place, but the pizza and wings were quite good! Not sure we understand the name of their business, as they don't really grill anything, but the service was very friendly and the food was definitely worth the drive. Looking forward to trying their burgers next time - and they have a pretty good beer selection (always a plus!).

Used to be pretty stellar for the last two-ish years, but the decline in quality was evident today. I almost always get the buffalo chicken sandwich, and today it was mushy, dry, had little toppings, and the fries.. changing the fries given from practically half a tray to a single small container is awful. I LOVED being spoiled with fries. Yeah things are hard now. I regretfully have to choose to eat elsewhere.
