This is somewhat of a stark place, but the pizza and wings were quite good! Not sure we understand the name of their business, as they don't really grill anything, but the service was very friendly and the food was definitely worth the drive. Looking forward to trying their burgers next time - and they have a pretty good beer selection (always a plus!).

Used to be pretty stellar for the last two-ish years, but the decline in quality was evident today. I almost always get the buffalo chicken sandwich, and today it was mushy, dry, had little toppings, and the fries.. changing the fries given from practically half a tray to a single small container is awful. I LOVED being spoiled with fries. Yeah things are hard now. I regretfully have to choose to eat elsewhere.
Delicious food

The restaurant is very clean. Service is fast. The food is made to order. All the food I have had there has been delicious. The food is named after serial killers which is a bit different but in a good way. The staff are very friendly. I always enjoy going there. I have been to several locations in Arizona and each one has been great! I would highly recommend this place! The cheese breadsticks are the best! I’ve had their burgers, pizza and salad. Delicious! They also have specials which are quite good.
Parking: Parking is free. Plenty of spots and dedicated handicapped parking.
Kid-friendliness: There is a kids menu. It’s just a good place to eat with the family or friends. The food is cooked to order and service is fast.
Wheelchair accessibility: The store is wheelchair accessible. It’s on one level the area is wide for wheelchairs and/or walkers. Tables are spread out so a wheelchair would fit comfortably there.

Went and spent nearly $100 for food. Made pizzas for about 5 years and made thousands of pizzas never once did I get and order for a 16" pizza, and it fit in a 14" box. I have always had an amazing experience with ALL locations from Food Truck to BLVD BBQ. NEVER ONCE. This experience put a bad taste in my mouth. If you don't want to do a remake because you are within an hour, give the option of a refund for the difference, not lie to the consumer. It's unfortunate that good businesses and torn down by crap employees.

Serial Grillers is a hidden gem for anyone craving an authentic cheesesteak sandwich. From the moment you walk in, the vibrant atmosphere and the enticing smell of grilled meats pull you in. The menu offers a variety of cheesesteak options, but I opted for the classic with extra cheese. Each bite was a delightful experience; the steak was perfectly seasoned and incredibly tender, complemented by a generous helping of gooey melted cheese that oozed out with every mouthful.
The bread deserves a special mention—it's freshly baked, providing that ideal combination of crusty on the outside and soft on the inside. What sets Serial Grillers apart is their commitment to quality ingredients and bold flavors, which really elevate the sandwich experience. They also offer an array of toppings, from sautéed onions to spicy peppers, allowing customers to personalize their order.
The staff is friendly and attentive, making you feel right at home from the moment you step in. If you're in the mood for a hearty and satisfying meal, Serial Grillers is the place to go. It's not just a cheesesteak; it's an experience that will leave you craving more. Highly recommended for lunch or dinner!

Have eaten there many times with no issues, today was bad, I always get mini pizza, today it was horrible, I ordered with mozzarella cheese and olives and Canadian bacon, the cheese was not mozzarella was the mix, was horrible! And it was about an inch thich of oily, gooey mess! Gross! I took a bite, blea, was going to take it back but 1 person doing the orders and there was a line, couldn't get her attention, my daughter's med pizza has the correct mozzarella cheese, just way too much of it, she removed as much cheese as possible and tried to eat it, I just threw Mine out! $40 wasted! My stomach is still nauseated from it! Yuk

The food isn’t bad but the beer is horrible! The server and manager tasted the stout, which tasted like a seltzer, and said it was normal. I don’t expect to return anytime soon.

My first time here! Love the commitment to the theme. This is a great counter service spot if you are out with a group of people.
