Was excited to try this place. Came in for lunch. Never been and there were no menus anywhere just a beer list. Employee walked by us 3 times didn’t even acknowledge us. My buddies are not from Tucson and we’re excited to try this place. We left. No food nothing. The guy works didn’t even say hello or anything. Shame hope the owners see this because the service was absolutely horrendous. Don’t recommend not sure how the food is though

Great food and service as always. I feel bad for the employee who got chewed out by some guy throwing his hands around for 5min. Wanted to intervene but was sitting outside and couldn't hear the context. Should have went in and stopped it. That dude was completely unacceptable and overdramatic. Keep up the good work 👍 never a reason to disrespect someone that much over food.

I really wanted to like this place but the food was not worthy of 1 star. I ordered the Jason with no tomato. It came with tomato. It was supposed to have avocado, I searched & searched ..there it was, a sliver. Even on a cold sandwich, should the bacon be cold? IDK. There was 1 other guest in there so really no excuse for not taking the time to make a killer sandwich.

I’ve been a loyal customer for years and this used to be one of my absolute favorite restaurants in Tucson—but after tonight’s experience, I’m honestly shocked and disappointed. I placed a mobile order and arrived to pick it up, only to find that our cheese bread had half the cheese missing. When I politely pointed this out, the employee said, “I’ve been working here for 12 years and that looks good to me,” and then walked away. No apology, no offer to fix it, nothing.
I then asked another employee for his name, and she smirked and said, “You can ask him.” At that point, I went to the counter and requested a refund. I was told their systems were down and it would take a couple of days, but that I’d be refunded. I sincerely hope that happens, but even more than the messed-up food, it was the rude and dismissive way I was treated that left me flustered and upset.
It’s incredibly disappointing to be treated like an inconvenience instead of a valued customer. I won’t be returning.
