I get at least 2 shakes a week here. Ordered a $10 drink today, and it was made with far too much ice, and far too little ingredients. It tasted like vaguely peanut-butter flavored snow-cone. When I complained that this wasn't up to the usual standard, the manager on duty refused to acknowledge my basic point, repeatedly insinuating that my dissatisfaction was my own fault, and that I should "ask more questions" about their products before ordering in the future. The other employees had offered to remake the drink, but the manager was insistent that it had been made correctly. If that really is the correct way to make that drink, it should be taken off the menu. The overall lack of accountability and stubborn unwillingness to actually *listen* to regular customers is appalling behavior, especially for a manager.

There had a QR (redeption code) from an event from the U of A, the manager did no want to swap for a shake, after some manager excuses finally they gave me the shake
Loved the peanut butter banana bowl!
Variety of options for post/pre workout shakes/food and or just on the go grab something to eat while on campus.
Only speaking the the wraps here. Straight up truck stop food. Prepackaged, not fresh, slightly frozen in the middle. Was salty AF and their nutrition labels don't include sodium so who knows how much there was. Service is equal to a truck stop. If you enjoy poor attitudes and dry tortillas this is the place for you.
I got the PB and A bowl and it’s amazing! Oh my gosh. I’m definitely coming back. Christine was amazing - I’m asking for her to make all my bowls the next time I come.
Isa has helped me EVERY TIME I come to shake smart!
Great place. Emily was especially helpful. Great shakes. Wish the membership program worked though.
Friendliest people on campus! Cold brew is amazing and so much cheaper than other places around campus

Delicious and healthy shakes that are customizable and affordable. I had such great service, all the employees were friendly and inviting, they helped me navigate the menu and informed me about the nutritional value of their products. Shake Smart offers a variety of protein shakes as well as acai bowls, nut butter sandwiches, and whole wheat wraps. Vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free options were available too. I will definitely be going back any chance I can get!
Drinks and wraps are healthy and tasty, employees are kind and patient. Would recommend!
I can’t even begin to describe the horrible service I received today at the new Shake Smart at the University of Arizona in the Honors College. Rude, condescending, racist and discriminatory with over the top attitude. Please be reminded, you are in the customer service business, nobody forced you to be in the customer service business you chose to be so, act like it.I walked up to the counter, I was not rude I was not demanding, I was polite. The girl who attempted to help me looked at me as if I interrupted the end of a movie she was watching. It only went downhill from there.
Too expensive for a less than half filled bowl after spending over$7. A veggie bowl at Chipotle is a better option or anywhere really
The best bowls in town with friendly people
