I get at least 2 shakes a week here. Ordered a $10 drink today, and it was made with far too much ice, and far too little ingredients. It tasted like vaguely peanut-butter flavored snow-cone. When I complained that this wasn't up to the usual standard, the manager on duty refused to acknowledge my basic point, repeatedly insinuating that my dissatisfaction was my own fault, and that I should "ask more questions" about their products before ordering in the future. The other employees had offered to remake the drink, but the manager was insistent that it had been made correctly. If that really is the correct way to make that drink, it should be taken off the menu. The overall lack of accountability and stubborn unwillingness to actually *listen* to regular customers is appalling behavior, especially for a manager.

Would give it five stars if they had other protein powder options. A lot of my friends are allergic to whey.

There had a QR (redeption code) from an event from the U of A, the manager did no want to swap for a shake, after some manager excuses finally they gave me the shake

The best place to get acai bowls; I have tried other places too, but there's nothing like the raw acai bowl with no agave and extra granola for me from Shake Smart!!! I love the shakes from here too as they are also loaded with nutrition, but the cherry on top is the acai bowl!!! Best place to eat if you are looking for something healthy!!!

Only speaking the the wraps here. Straight up truck stop food. Prepackaged, not fresh, slightly frozen in the middle. Was salty AF and their nutrition labels don't include sodium so who knows how much there was. Service is equal to a truck stop. If you enjoy poor attitudes and dry tortillas this is the place for you.

I got the PB and A bowl and it’s amazing! Oh my gosh. I’m definitely coming back. Christine was amazing - I’m asking for her to make all my bowls the next time I come.

Never had a problem with the shakes, super good after a workout ! But the staff is unfriendly to say the least the past 3 times I've went I have received attitude and not one friendly smile. I love going to shake smart after the gym but it seems like I'm a bother to them when I go in and 2/3 times I have had to ask what my total was because they did not bother to tell me before saying go ahead and swipe.

This place has been the best smoothie I have had in Tucson! (Granted, I don't purchase a lot of smoothies, I usually just make them at home.) something I love about this spot: ITS PLANT-BASED options! The location (1 of 2) I go to is in a strange location that seems like it's placed inside a student dorm or something. Not great to find parking. (Just a note) ~~~ the customer service is pretty great so far,, and the FRUITOPIA with plant-based protein powder has been my favorite smoothie there. I would absolutely recommend this smoothie spot. ALSO, they serve a small collection of warm foods! Healthy snacks and light bites. Enjoy!

Great place. Emily was especially helpful. Great shakes. Wish the membership program worked though.

The best Acia bowls anywhere. The most nutritious place to eat on campus. The staff is super friendly, outgoing and excited to talk to customers. They do a great job on making sure everything is clean and that the customers are safe.
