I'm giving one star because it would let me do any less. Horrible experience the FOOD WAS THE WORST I EVER HAD!! The cook under cooked my burger then took 30 minutes in the bathroom. The poor bartender come and apologized saying "I can't find the cook to remake your burger" when he finally made my burger it was HORRIBLE. He should not been cooking. Never got the extra stuff I order.this place just to be one of my favorites to go. Shooter was were I went for my first date with my husband that's why we went today. Sad to say I will never go back. The only reason we tip is because Kim was trying her best even tho I had to get my beer at the bar but she try. Is so sad how downhill it has gotten.

Staff is always so friendly and nice. Good drinks and fries. My burger was very dry and the pretzels bites were hard . Fun spot to grab a drink but I'd skip the food.

Kim was friendlyI ordered chicken wings they were horrible tasted very salty Kim took them back and gave me another order they were just as bad.
We used the front lot for the WinterHaven Party Bus ride and it was wonderful. We will totally do it again. Santa was our driver and he made our holidays merry and bright.

They were short staffed in the kitchen I assume. It took a long time to get just a salad.I can see how others may like the atmosphere of the place. The bar had a good vibe as did the bartender. I’m not a drinker but if I was I would likely come back for that reason alone. I was only here for Winterhaven so the likelihood of me coming back is slim. Keep an eye on your credit card statements and report anything unusual to the owners. That’s the most I’ll say about that.

They are so good! I never do reviews, but today's soup of the day was so good I had to say something. Karaoke 3 nights a week, and trivia on Sundays. Drinks and food are awesome price, and the service is beyond! My favorite place to go!

We waited an hour for a hamburger, a salad, and a french dip. Staff was nice but kept telling us they were slammed with reservations and food service would be slow, but the building was half empty the entire time we were there. Fries were over salted but staff made it right and brought out more unsalted.Did order onion rings instead of fries but got fries anyway.
