It really is a must visit restaurant.

We had baby back ribs & they were delicious…but we sat near the kitchen & got to see all the steaks being cooked over the mesquite grill & saw them carving the prime rib—so we can’t wait to go back! Fast seating even though the parking lot was full & there were lots of large parties being served. The salad bar is something I haven’t seen in a long time & we really enjoyed that—lots of variety & it was fresh & delicious. We highly recommend this steakhouse!

Absolutely excellent. Great front of house, great service.
Excellent salad bar and the T-Bone was cooked to perfection with that great wood fired smokey taste. Not over powering, just enhancing.
Highly recommended!

This local steakhouse was super fun. Service was great. I would recommend the prime rib and the salad bar was FRESH! Loved the carrot and raisin salad.

The Silver Saddle Steakhouse food was good and our waitress gave excellent service. I felt the sampler plate was a good choice; however, the meat was charred on one side, the baked potato and the chocolate mud pie dessert was amazing. The atmosphere was cozy and easily accommodates a large group!🥩

Traditional and old style steakhouse. I love that we can see how the meats are getting cooked and there is a self-serve salad bar. The staff was friendly and accomodating. As far as food taste, its not the greatest just okay. The ribs I got was kinda dry and the steak was a little chewy. The burger patty was dry as well.
Not a bad choice to dine in if you are in the area.

Once I found out Adam Sandler ate here I had to come here too! 🤣
The food was delicious! The chicken noodle soup, sirloin and prime rib were delicious! I got medium rare and it was cooked to perfection. The waiter was very friendly as well and service was quick! The online menu didn't mention mashed potatoes but they offer them. They tasted fresh.
I will for sure come back again.

Get the end cut prime rib with fresh horse radish. Watch it get grilled on a mesquite grill next to the salad bar. Great affordable steak house.

I've been here twice and it was pretty packed both times. The lobby is pretty small so unless you want to wait outside in the cold you better make a reservation. The new york strip was delicious.

We had family come in from Colorado and wanted to take them somewhere delicious. We were told to show up at 630 and that we didn’t need a reservation.

The management failed to manage the inventory, they ran out of steaks, Mac n cheese and limes.

Why even be open if you don’t have inventory, management needs to be replaced. It’s the holiday season, have more steaks in the inventory. I can manage it if you’d like. This is simple stuff.

Also since you ran out of steaks I got a burger, asked for medium and it came well done. Cook needs to be trained again.

The nerve to add gratuity to the bill after everyone had to order sandwiches at a steakhouse is a joke.

Be closed Mon-Friday to get your inventory and hire a cook who knows how to cook medium and not well done.

Came for a pick up order and used a Visa Gift card we wanted to use. The total was $120 for 4 meals. Price seemed a little too expensive for what we got but that’s besides the point. Went we went to go pay with our Visa Gift card the guy immediately started telling us that using the gift card is tricky because the system doesn’t always like to pull out the full amount that is in the gift card ($100) and we would probably have to pay some money out of pocket. We’ve never had any issues using visa gift cards at restaurants or had any fees associated when using the gift cards. The guy came back and told us it only pulled $80 out of the card and had to pay the rest ($40) out of pocket. We weren’t too happy about it but did it nonetheless. After checking the balance of the gift cards online our total balance left over was $2.08 meaning they took out $17.92 of the gift card and kept it for themselves. Very disappointed in the service and the people tending to us as the guy seemed very aggressive and dismissive about using a gift card to pay. The ambiance of the place did not seem very friendly. Will not be going back.
