I enjoy coming to this traditional Turkish foods restaurant. This is not really a restaurant for vegetarians. It's centered around meat. I ate so quickly I forgot to take pictures.
This is also not a gluten free restaurant, so as a customer and a foodie who appreciates Turkish foods, I eat here. They do the best they can to keep the foods traditional, although we are in America and not Turkey.
I saw the comment of another customer, who had eaten here the same day, and spoke lies, about the staff being unprofessional, also having dogs that were in the restaurant squeaking, and utter lie! I happened to be dining on that exact day. The dogs, were quiet and small dogs sleeping in their doggy crates. They were completely zipped inside. The other two people who this women referred to as standing around, had nothing to do with the restaurant, as they were visiting someone.
Also, their rant about not eating here, because there are not gluten free options, it's a traditional Turkish kebab house! Hello! Go eat somewhere else, is what I thought. Gluten free dishes in Turkey, yeah right!
Too out right lie! I checked and found this chick makes bad reviews at several restaurants in the area. Obviously, it's not the food.
I'm just a customer who feels that if you make a review make it an honest review!
The food at kebab house is good.

Really gone down hill since change of management.
There was a weird smell inside that was very unappetising and behind our table were two animal carry bags that kept jostling about and squeaking occasionally. They were just left there for the entire hour we were sitting there.
The chef doesn’t give a damn about allergies and when I asked if they had gluten free bread to replace the pita bread, the waitress said he just dismissed her with a wave of his hand. She then brought out the package of pita bread for me to inspect, which of course was made of primarily wheat, and this pita bread was already on my plate.
Everyone was just really unprofessional and didn’t seem to actually have any interest in running a restaurant.
Really disappointing.
Dietary restrictions: Don’t go here f you have dietary restrictions. The chef does not care and will serve it to you even if you specifically tell him not to.

Apparently Sinbad's and the Turkish Kebab house are one in the same?
We got the baba ganoush and the mixed kebab platter. The baba ganoush was not good. The eggplant had been seared to create a smoky flavor, but it was still mostly raw, not well roasted, so there was no depth of flavor. The mixed kebab platter was decent, except that it didn't come with any sauces for the meat. So it was just intensely salty (as shawarma and gyro meat tends to be).
I don't know if it was intentionally served this way, but half of the meat was room temperature.

worked at this place years ago. The wife was very kind and respectful, and both of the sons were polite and pleasant. However, the problem lies with the father; he is autho/ritarian, err/atic, oppor/tunistic, and disres.pec/tful. I was a young man at the time, and he continuously touched my back/side despite my clear objections as a man. He ignored my protests and behaved as if nothing had happened. They know how to exploit someone who is in need of a job.
I went to the police and reported the incidents, but they said it was difficult to investigate since it happened without witnesses or concrete evidence, and he could easily deny it. I left Arizona forever after that, but I still think about the suffering of this des/picable man’s victims.
Loved the service, atmosphere, and food. Came to Tucson just to try it. It was very authentic and reminded us of our time in Turkey. We enjoyed the breakfast spread with a few more breakfast items. Will definitely return!

The delicious food is Turkish now (the former owner served Iraqi food and it was delicious too). We really enjoyed sharing the mezze plate, a kaleidoscope of flavors! The lentil soup was clearly made with a rich long-simmered homemade chicken stock. The ayran was thick and cool and refreshing. The staff will make you feel welcome, true Turkish hospitality! At the end of our meal they brought us complimentary tea in little tulip glasses, and we felt encouraged to linger. The location is at the very back of the Geronimo plaza, shaded by mature trees. It's very quiet and peaceful. We had a lovely outdoor Sunday dinner here. There was a big group at a long table when we arrived, eating, enjoying a hookah and drinking tea. They were still there when we left; what a lovely thing, to while away a spring afternoon among friends like that!Seriously, we felt like we had taken a little trip to Turkey. We look forward to returning with friends and trying more of the menu.

Had a great meal on a Monday night, I am so grateful for the food because it’s comfort home cooked food, that I enjoy and feel so much joy of how delicious all the food on the menu is, got the lentil soup to share & the, chicken Biryani. I try & select a different plate when I visit Sinbad’s Restaurant, glad they are in the same vicinity as before SO don’t confuse them with the place that’s replaced the building they use to be at. Sinbad’s Restaurant has been established for 17 year now and I am appreciative of the service the owner always offers, what an amazing cook and most welcoming individual.
