This is a nice place to hang out during layover or while waiting to board a flight. Drinks and service are good. It’s a quiet atmosphere with Sunday games playing on the TVs. Recommended: Prickly Pear-Rita.

It’s a Wednesday at 10:30 in the morning, the restaurant is less than half full. I have waited 20 minutes and have made eye contact with the “server” at least 4 times. I still haven’t been greeted. I’m dipping and going to the Hudson convenience store across the way. I’d say it’s the worst service I’ve ever received, but that would be a lie because I received NO service. Please avoid like a roach avoids the light.

The Taco Salad was amazing. Everything tasted fresh and the portion was huge!!! Cody was great and very aware of his surroundings.

Remarkable for airport food - I've had the Breakfast Burrito and the tacos on different visits. Really great food and surprisingly affordable. Service was noticeably better and more friendly than typical airport offerings. I wish they had some non-airport locations.

A normal airport restaurant. The burger 🍔 I had was ok, the cocktails seem a bit overpriced for the place $12 + for an average margarita with no price listed is pretty decent. Service charge included in the final price.

really special little place to eat at the airport. Food prices aren't bad, the service was great, friendly and speedy. They have military discount.

When we ordered food at the cashier, the hostess took our order begrudgingly, barely acknowledging us. At the end of the transaction, she snorted because it didn’t prompt us for a tip and she promptly walked away.

30 minutes go by so I ask about our food and it seems they forgot it… or did they? Turns out it was made and then left somewhere. So we got room-temperature, soggy food. When I asked about it they had no explanation and that was that.

I understand airport food is… well… airport food. However, what bothered me the most was the lack of any manager doing quality control or follow-up for food.

Don’t recommend this place - you’re better off with a take-and-go sandwich somewhere else in the airport.

I haven't had great experiences here for almost 2 years. I fly in and out of Tucson several times a year. Today, we waited 30 minutes for a kids hot dog and it came dried out and shriveled. When I wanted a new one, they offered Chicken strips after having told us when we originally ordered that they were out. They ended up taking it off the bill but the manager was giving off major IDGAF vibes. I won't come back. I'd rather hit up Hudson across the lobby.

Update: I originally wrote the review extremely frustrated while at the table. The manager made it right, cleared our bill. I appreciate that after all that. We left a considerate tip and left.

Had to wait for the 2 women at the counter to finish their conversation before they would take my order. They even looked at me and kept talking and ignoring me. My food came up and sat in the window for 5 mins until the woman finished looking at her phone before getting my order out of the window. I asked for my food to go, came out on a plate, had to ask again for a Togo box, then had to ask again for to go catchup to go with the Togo fries and burger. I guess I shouldn’t expect any sort of customer service at airports.
