The burgers are so much smaller than what they used to be and the price is still the same. Shakes are also not as good as they were but still priced the same and you get less. Really unfortunate I used to like it here when it was worth the price you're paying.

Smashburger has really gone downhill. The burger was burnt the smash fries were so soaked in oil that it took a stack of napkins to absorb all the excess oil.🤢 Definitely overpriced for the small portions. Leaving on a good note I like the new insulated cups!

Worst customer service ever the girl in the front counter looks like she hates her job . My meat was really red when I took it back she just looked at and didnt say anything. Never coming back again!

Wasn't as good as we've had in the past. We ordered for pick up, only one customer in restaurant, but there was another person picking up. Food was ready....but lacking in flavor....the garlic fries tasted like just plain regular fries. Burgers were kinda sloppily put together. Hopefully it was just a tough night for the cook and they are better next time.
Service here is great. Our server Alanis was fast and friendly, and they remembered our usual order, even with us being a party of 7.

We stopped by smash burger not expecting much more than a quick bite, but we were blown away by the service—especially from Alan! From the moment we walked in, Alan greeted us with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. He went above and beyond to make sure our order was perfect, gave great recommendations, and even checked in with us during the meal to make sure everything was just right.
It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about the customer experience, and Alan absolutely made our visit memorable. On top of the outstanding service, the burgers were juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection.
We’ll definitely be back—and hope Alan is working when we do! Highly recommend this place for both the food and the people.

We went in at 9pm immediately coming into the building was stopped by a female worker saying they close at 10pm and if your ordering food your going to get it to go. Ahhhh.... first off rude and your open to 10pm doesn't take a hour to eat so you can loss the attitude and not tell me what I'm going to do. Than while ordering a attitude the whole time like an inconvenience to take an order and than sitting on her phone. Horrible service. Go ahead manager ask her she can't forget the head/face to toe tattooed guy that came in. Saturday night 9pm please get rid of the night girl. Yes girl because a women would speak to people with more respect.
