No greeting no thank you or have a nice e day handed me drinks and both employees walked to the back.

I love smoothie king smoothies. They are definitely some quality. My personal fav is the pineapple surf add banana. The service has been pretty good for the most part at any of the ones I’ve been to. Been having smoothie king since the first one opened and they messed up my order maybe 2 times at most since then. That’s pretty good to me.

This was my first time visiting a Smoothie King and I am not impressed. I went to the drive thru location on Marketplace in Tucson. I felt rushed to look over the menu and the girl (my reciept says Maria)sounded annoyed when I asked questions. When I finally decided on an item, I was told they were out. I picked something else and was told the same and the only flavor they had was coconut. I said okay and we could do that. They were unwilling to help me with any other options and I felt frustrated with the whole ordering process. Why do they expect everyone to already be familiar with their menu and why are they out of every flavor except coconut at 9am? I told her I couldn't see any coconut options on the menu board and a young man came stomping out of the back door to the drive thru menu, huffed and pointed to a poster affixed to the very top of the menu board. After I acknowledged the poster, he stomped back in to the building after glaring at me. At that point I just picked something so I could go. The girl took my card and handed me my order, no apology for the silly miscommunication nor thank you for stopping by. I'm not impressed and will not be returning to this location. Hopefully the other locations will be better.

I don't have an issue with the product but the price needs to be addressed. I was at a store and the prices were not as advertised. They were lower on the display board versus what I was being charged. The young man said corporate keeps changing the prices but not updating the boards. Kinda false advertising if I really wanted to make a stink about it.

I have gone to this location more than 4 times this week to get an açaí bowl and every single time they have an excuse to not make an açaí bowl, they either say all there blenders are broken or they are out of açaí base , iam 100 percent sure they are lying because are too lazy to wash the blenders bad customer service, i had to go to the one on broadway which they have great customer service there and fully stock with no broken blenders , ridiculous

Walked in today for the first time and was so disappointed with the service. The smoothies were great, but the two women working had zero personality and were not friendly at all. Didn't receive any kind of greeting upon entrance, or a thank you whilst leaving. The interaction with the employees felt as if us being there was an inconvenience. You can tell by the outlay of the interior that it's not designed for sit-down consumption of product. Will never come to this location again.

We are huge fans of the Smoothie King on River. This location was on our way out of town so we made the stop. The music was playing so high that I had to keep asking the girl behind the counter to repeat what she said. The smoothie tasted good as expected but was disappointed at the fact the atmosphere felt like it should have been a dance club.

This was my first time at smoothie king. I go through the drive thru order a 20 oz smoothie. I get to the window they charged me like $10 and some change. I thought to myself “that’s weird I could’ve sworn the menu said like $7.29”. Then a girl handed me a very large smoothie which I thought was weird since I ordered the smallest one. I asked her “ this is your 20 oz smoothie?” She said “no that’s our medium” I told her that I ordered a 20 oz not a medium which cost more. She then asked me if I wanted a refund I told her no that’s okay. She gives me 3 free smoothie coupons which I thought was really nice of her. While on my way home I noticed that the coupons EXPIRED IN APRIL OF LAST YEAR! Like first you mess up my order and then act like you did me a favor by giving me expired coupons. And here’s the kicker they weren’t even for this state they were for Texas! Look I get it accidents happen like making the wrong order or charging for the wrong size but maybe actually rectify the situation don’t go acting like you did.
Terrible customer service
The environment is clean and positive. The staff is always so lovely and respectful. The refreshers are a nice addition and the change to the menu is phenomenal!

Great tasting shakes and was waited on by 3 very polite professional young men. Great customer service and the shakes taste amazing!
