Horrible customer service skills. Have never had to sit in drive thru for 2 hours before . ESPECIALLY with only one car ahead of me . When it finally was was my turn someone came on the speaker once said “hold on” and never came back . At all. I drove up to the window thinking it was technical issues only for them to literally avoid me completely. With 9+ cars behind me . They also never heard anything for 30+ minutes . Lol if I wasn’t desperate and stuck behind another at I would’ve been gone. They need more help but also better communication please. Things happen which is totally fair . But communication would’ve been awesome. Also never got my drink.

Came here for the first time the other day, the young man was quick and friendly. This morning my fiancée wanted to get some smoothie bowls again. It went entirely wrong. The two young women in there were horrible. Got our order wrong and what they did give to us didn’t look like what the young man had given us. They also forgot to even charge us or make the smoothie I asked for. Requested a small. When I mentioned the smoothie she made it but made and charged me for a huge one. The food quality was poor extra bananas were not given when requested in the bowl and what little banana they did give was turning black and very clearly on the way out. I will not be coming here again because the very poor and horrible service.

Very strange experience I've never been inside a store before I always go through the drive threw but the young man inside was strangely very rude and arrogant to me for no reason. We all have bad days but it also sounded like the older female manager just happened to stop by and I over heard the girl talking on the phone about them getting in trouble for bad reviews. She was very sweet and helpful but that other kid shocked me how rude he was. Like a cocky little child that just got scolded lol. I still love the smoothies though!

Google says open at 7am... I tried to go at 750am and it was dark, no one was there.

Came to pick up an order. The girl said it printed out but failed to complete it. So I had to wait while they finally started the order. They didn't even label the drink...guess business is slow ?

Worst service possible. This wasn’t even my order, I’m picking up for UberEats. Not only does this make me look bad but your customers have to wait even longer than expected. I had to call out for someone twice before I decided to call the store and then someone came out. They’re clearly just hanging out in the back because I could hear them talking. Hopefully this isn’t a common occurrence because you’re interfering with my money at this point.

Great smoothie's. Music was really loud, probably to drown out the blender noise. . Not a problem as I took it to go.
