Ordered a gladiator smoothie from the drive thru , two cars in front of me. Nothing crazy not busy. Drove up to the window. I saw a smoothie by the window. Employee was working on an order. I waiting a few minutes thinking I would be greeted. Another employee walked towards me but stopped to talk to the employee that was working by the window. Didn’t greet or acknowledge me. She walked back to the restaurant area. 10 mins later she walks back towards me. Just to grab the smoothie that was my the window to give it to me. I said you guys let customers sit here for 10 mins without saying anything! She just laughed and said sorry!
The guy up front was so sweet!! They were having technical difficulties due to the “penny problems,” but he told me that the drink would be out shortly. There were 2 other people in front of me, and they brought their drinks to them and myself within 5 minutes. Since it looked like there was a shortage of employees today, the two men I had encountered were so sweet and brought out my drink as soon as they could!! Beautiful work gentleman and/or staff 🙏🙏
