Ordered a smoothie on the app. Came to pickup at drive thru, asked me name, sat there for over five minutes to only have them ask me my name again to make my drink smh. Wasted 15 mins for a simple drink! They have 4 employees too

I came in at the last minute right before they’re getting ready to close not realizing that they close at nine. Most people would’ve said no, but they were willing to make our smoothies. Great customer service.. Jon

I want to say that … having a bad day would put you right back in a happy place walking into king smoothie .. I enjoy all the smoke and the welcoming … you don’t get this kind of services any more .. Thank you Mandy for you and your teams awesome service
Perhaps both registers should take cash. I waited in line after awhile the girl comes over and gets my order. Then she tells me that I have to get back in line so they could take my cash. I took my cash and left. After they closed their Twin Peaks store I drive a lot further. I have also wanted 20 30 minutes in the drive-through. That's why I go inside. But I guess that doesn't make a difference. I won't go back. That's what bad customer service does for a company. The rest of them will probably end up closing also.
