I go to this location frequently and I’ve been increasingly frustrated with the quality of my smoothies and the service. The staff is quite young and quite rude at times. They’ll literally just hand me my smoothie without saying a word and then abruptly shut the window. Like so sorry I bothered you by being a customer. I often order the strawberry/blueberry greek yogurt smoothie but the quality of it is so inconsistent. And I can always tell just by looking at it how it will taste. If it looks smooth and creamy it’s usually pretty good. If it looks even slightly chunky (like the photo I included) then it tastes terrible. Downright sour sometimes. If I ask them to remake it they act like it is so deeply inconvenient. When the smoothies are good I love it, but the inconsistency is driving me crazy and if it doesn’t get better they’ll lose a customer in me for sure.

My favorite is the Pineapple Surf!! Which is a blend smoothie that contains strawberries, pineapples, kiwi apple juice, turbinado, and a protein blend. Haley and all the staff are very friendly, I'm greeted with a nice smile and happy voice everytime I visit!
