During the middle of the day ..They were closed .. no sign. Nobody there. Locked up tight. No one in sight. Unable to use my app for extra points special that day. …. What’s going on over there .. last week I waited 15 minutes in drive thru line … moved extremely slowly .. they couldn’t keep up. I suspect everyone walked out maybe. Bad service lately. What’s going on ? Can they not keep & retain employees ?

Posted hours are often wrong - I've been here three separate times in the last 2 months and the store is not open in the first half hour of their posted hours. Twice was to order for an office group! Even when they are open, orders are often wrong.

I go to this location frequently and I’ve been increasingly frustrated with the quality of my smoothies and the service. The staff is quite young and quite rude at times. They’ll literally just hand me my smoothie without saying a word and then abruptly shut the window. Like so sorry I bothered you by being a customer. I often order the strawberry/blueberry greek yogurt smoothie but the quality of it is so inconsistent. And I can always tell just by looking at it how it will taste. If it looks smooth and creamy it’s usually pretty good. If it looks even slightly chunky (like the photo I included) then it tastes terrible. Downright sour sometimes. If I ask them to remake it they act like it is so deeply inconvenient. When the smoothies are good I love it, but the inconsistency is driving me crazy and if it doesn’t get better they’ll lose a customer in me for sure.
