recently had a disappointing experience at Smoothie King, primarily due to the service I received from employees Marco and the manager, Victoria. Both were dismissive and nonchalant when I raised an issue regarding a miscommunication on my order. Instead of offering solutions or assistance, they seemed indifferent to my concerns. This lack of customer service left me frustrated and unwilling to return. I hope management addresses this behavior to improve future experiences.

I usually go to tropical smoothy for my fix but I was in the area and decided to take a chance. I was pleasantly rewarded with a great smoothy and great service. Alex in particular was very kind and got me in and out quickly despite how busy it was. Definitely recommend this place if you have a hankering for something delicious!
