A perfect brunch place! Great menu, friendly staff, some lite fare as well as more substantial options. The pancake flight was really good!!

Fantastic breakfast and even better service. Olivia was friendly, attentive, funny, and incredibly welcoming. She gave great local hike recommendations and made us feel right at home. On her suggestion, we tried the Pineapple Upside-Down Pancakes — they were amazinggg. We loved the food and service so much we came back the next day!

I ordered a single pancake and was brought out two. The pancake was tasteless and tough as leather.

Service was good, place is bright and fresh...My breakfast was not properly prepared. Eggs were runny and greasy and not cooked as ordered and hashbrowns were cold. I expected the basics to be done right. Thank You....

had a great experience during my first visit to Snooze, which made me feel confident about returning. Unfortunately, my experience during this visit was extremely disappointing. We arrived on New Year’s Day and were seated immediately, which we appreciated. We were seated at 11:48 a.m., and our server approached the table approximately 10 minutes later, at 11:58 a.m., to take our drink order. When we stated that we were also ready to order our entrées, the server walked away without taking our order. Over the next 10 minutes, we observed the server repeatedly avoiding our table, walking around the restaurant without engaging us. He spent several minutes checking out another guest and repeatedly returned to an empty table, while continuing to check on the family seated next to us. Other nearby tables that had been seated before us also only received drinks and no further service. I attempted to get his attention twice, but each time he made eye contact, he turned away and walked in the opposite direction. Approximately 20 minutes after being seated, our drinks were delivered, but we were not provided with straws or napkins. When I again tried to let the server know we were ready to order, he walked away and continued to avoid our table. After waiting an additional five minutes with no assistance, my partner went to the hostess stand to request that we be moved to a different section. Once we relocated, our new server immediately provided straws, took our order, and delivered our food promptly. We also received refills without issue. I am grateful to the second server for turning the experience around. However, I strongly believe the first server requires additional training before managing multiple tables. Avoiding guests due to delays or pressure is neither professional nor acceptable in the service industry. While I appreciate how the situation was resolved, I will be choosing a different Snooze location in the future to avoid a repeat of this experience.

I visited this restaurant today and had a bit of a mixed experience. We checked in around 11:00 AM and were told the wait would be about 13–15 minutes, but we didn’t get seated until 11:45 AM. What made it more frustrating was seeing several guests walk in after us and be seated immediately, which made the long wait feel avoidable. The front desk seemed a bit disorganized, and clearer communication or a more accurate wait estimate would have helped.

That being said, once we were seated, the experience improved a lot. Our server was absolutely fabulous, friendly, attentive, and very on top of everything. The service overall was great, which made the delay at the beginning even more surprising.

I hope the restaurant can tighten up the hosting and seating process, because the service and atmosphere really are wonderful once you’re actually at the table.

Really tasty and clever food. Great cocktails. At busy times it can be loud and service can be a bit slow. Everyone on staff is great and it is all happy noise!

It has been so comforting to have this restaurant available. Yummy food and good service on day when you just don't feel like cooking is the best of all.

You have to go here. We always make it a point whenever we are in Tucson. You need to get there early to get indoor seating. The portions are generous and accurately reflect the price. Be sure to get a pancake flight. That's 3 specialty pancakes. They are great for sharing with the table.
The wait staff is always outstanding. Efficient and friendly.
