The waitress we had in this oracle rd location gave us bad service. Asking repetitive questions after we had said what we needed from her; not paying attention when speaking to her looking somewhere else while talking to her. After getting bump down again on the wait list cause they said we werent there when we were waiting outside and had to wait 40mins again for a table to just experience this kind of service as well is horrible. I recommend customers to keep an eye on their tipping in this restaurant especially on their credit card charges the waitress we had was trying to scam us on tips here. She ran after me when we had already left the restaurant saying that she would rather have cash than be tipped on receipts. She made it sound like there is an error on the tip section on the receipt when there was not after having to speak with a manager. Manager didnt seem to be bothered.

It was my first time trying this place as I heard they had good food. The wait staff was great for the most part, But the food server tried to serve us food before we even ordered. Then after we ordered, our food was delivered in a timely manner except they forgot my order. The rest of the party very much liked the food except they delivered mine after everybody was already finished. I just had them put mine in a to go box since I didn't feel like slamming down my food. As we all know, breakfast is really only good when it is fresh, so I ended up throwing the food away without trying it. The staff knew it was our first time there. We were not offered any compensation for their mistake or anything. You only have one opportunity for a first impression, and they failed with that and any compensation. Needless to say I will not be going back, even though I have yet to try their food.

Not impressed. 7 bucks for the tiny Strawberry Lavender Lemonade. 3 Egg Omelet was burnt and strawberies for the OMG! French Toast were not fresh at all. Disappointed. The first time I went, this place was place was ohenomal so this was upsetting. I hope it gets better.
This is a chain of brunch restaurants. I used to love coming here, but upon my latest visit, I’m probably not coming back for a long time. Our service person was good. Very nice and accommodating, she did a good job checking in on us and being accommodating.Food is terrible and expensive for what you get. Coffee is horrible. Expensive burnt light roast. I had the most overpriced watered down mimosa. My friend also got bananas on the side with his pancakes, and they were rotten and inedible.On special were my favorite breakfast meal, chilaquiles, which was expensive for what amounted to what was mostly a big heaping of corn chips when it was advertised as corn tortillas.Just terrible experience all around.

Our food was delicious and our server was great! We had the blueberry Danish pancake to share and it was very good! Eggs Benedict are their specialty and were great, especially the option to split two.
We had the Strawberry Coconut pancake and shrimp & grits.Highly, highly recommend the combination!??

It's pretty loud inside but the food worth it. I had breadpuding French toast!! Wow!!! Sister had blueberry and cinnamon bun pancakes. Both wow!!
