⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an awesome experience at Snowdrop Korean Shaved Ice! I started with the Misugaru shave ice cream — and wow, it was amazing — rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced. I followed it up with the Jujube hot tea, which was equally delicious, unique, and comforting. The space was clean and inviting, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this spot — I’ll definitely be coming back again for sure! 🍧🍵👏

First time coming, came b/c of the high reviews. We came for one thing and that was the strawberry cheesecake shaved ice cream because the other flavors seemed less appealing.
Upon arrival they notified us that they didn’t have any cheese cake left, I’m assuming since that’s the most expensive thing on the menu probably due TO the cheese cake, that they would give us a discount if we ordered that product anyways since we aren’t given the exact product that we are paying for. NOPE, not even a 10 percent discount. The lady with the red hair told the cashier “no discount” right in front of us. Ok but why? You are giving us a product that doesn’t have everything on it, why not keep a customer with $1 off who’s willing to spend and come more times in the future? It’s the principal not about the money.
Terrible customer service and I won’t be back.

Beautiful setting for deliciously refreshing bingsu. 6 of us shared 3 different flavors, all so yummy. Matcha, mango and caramel coffee gave everyone in our group plenty to enjoy. Matcha is very very good and lots of toppings. Lovely service as well.
