Tried to visit on Friday afternoon. The drive through was busy so I decided to go in. About 10 people in the lobby already waiting and not a single person had a drink. The boy at the register asked if I was ready to order but when I asked if it was going to be a super long wait he said yes. I’m not sure why they’d continue to take orders when they’re already clearly too busy for the amount of staff. Syrup and soda in a cup shouldn’t be a 15+ minute wait. I’ve gone to this location 2 other times and both times the wait was also outrageous. Sadly won’t be back.

Their drinks are really good! Cookies are truly a 15/10, definitely recommend the fudge cookie! Their drinks are incredibly reasonably priced, me and my boyfriend come here often and we never spend more than like 10 dollars between drinks and cookies. Pretty friendly and the menu is funny :)

Customer service was great, but their cookies are not good at all. They were cold, we thought they were going to be warm. They tasted stale. If we do come back, maybe we'll attempt one of their drinks.
This location is not managed well. We tried to order a couple of things off the menu at the drive-through and it seemed like they are out of half of the ingredients. We finally settled on something that they had the ingredients for, and when it was time to go from the drive-through, the window attendant forgot to put more than half of our order in the bag. We had to remind him what we ordered. Overall, it was a bad experience and we don’t recommend anyone waste time or money there.

Drive through server July 11th 1045am was knowledgeable... I asked about sugar free drinks and she named like 10 of them off the top of her head. She listed more than 5 fruit options without engage with a chart.
She was friendly, FAST, and smiled and said thank you. This one is a keeper.
