“The night crew is amazing. Hardly ever have a messed up order. Beware of the morning crew. They are so trash. They're extremely slow. They're rude, and they mess up orders. They completely messed up everything on my order today. Everything. Wrong soda. Wrong sides. Wrong burger. How do you mess up literally everything. I asked for tomatoes and there was like 4 tomatoes. That's like extra tomatoes. I'm allergic to tomatoes. So I could barely eat my burger. I asked for tots and they gave me fries. Not that big of an issue. But still lame since they messed up everything else and they gave me coke when I asked for Dr pepper. Nice. Morning crew. You suck. Night crew. You're awesome.“
“This is a really good place in my opinion, the only problem they have and I experience everytime I go through the drive-thru is the speaker is terrible. I’m pretty sure like every fast food place in America, this establishment receives complaints. Why do people complain about the wrong and most meaningless things trying to get free food. Why not just call corporate to complain, about how bad their speakers are and maybe this place can reach bigger heights. Maybe a lot more people can be happier?“
“It was busy there tonight and I just ordered a drink the gentleman literally ran it to my car in the drive thru so I wouldn’t have to wait for the car in front of me. Love the route 44 limeade with vanilla so much I get cravings for them. Would have gave 5 stars but almost $5 for drink that’s mostly soda is a bit high. But I admit I’ll do it again….“

“Best Sonic in Tucson. Food is made to order and the staff get my order right everytime. This is my favorite Sonic.
Vegetarian options: Grilled cheese, fries, tatir tots, they can make almost anything without meat as long as you have an imagination.
Dietary restrictions: They are flexible with their food options. Tell them what you want and let them know if you have an allergy or dietary restrictions. They will work with you.
Parking: It's a drive-in. Park in a stall and order.
Kid-friendliness: They have kids meals, etc.“
“I can always can count on perfectly prepared food, in mycustom way, at this location. I've eaten at this location since it opened decades ago. It is always spot on. So is this location's manager and staff. Not so with other locations such as Orange Grove.There is an issue with the unhoused people causing noise, demanding free stuff, and complaining online when they don't get what they demand. Sonic can't do much about that, unfortunately. Maybe ignore them.The place is quite old and run down so I'm looking forward to the remodel that is in the works.“

“I do think both the employees were as helpful and attentive as could be under the circumstances. They only scheduled two people total, which was totally not cool and the management really needs to work on that, but the workers still did an amazing job regardless with meeting guest needs. One of the workers helped me with my payment, since I was doing partial, which was extremely nice since a lot of people would have not offered that sort of service. I believe his name was Eric, he seemed to be the manager? Overall, I commend both the workers for handling everything well and the food was good! If anyone comes in and complains, I’d say screw em! These workers were excellent especially under stressful circumstances where management is giving them nothing to work with.“
