The only thing I'd suggest is a little friendlier customer service. A warm greeting and a smile can make an already good experience even better. Other than that, this is a solid Sonic location that I'd recommend.“

“I've just started going to this Sonic in the last few months. I usually almost always go at night. I have to say, the servers are always the nicest, most polite people.

I started talking to one girl named Kiara a couple of weeks ago. I couldn't believe her customer service and professionalism. She said she also works as the receptionist for a salon/spa, which would explain why she sounded so professional, and had such great customer service when taking the order. I don't know if she was a manager at Sonic, but she should have been. I found out it was her last day. What a shame, because she was phenomenal.

There's also another girl who's short, young and I believe has short hair? She's always very cheerful, seems like she loves her job, very enthusiastic and is very nice. I'm sorry I don't know her name.

Tonight, I met a lady I've never seen before, named MADRA. She was so polite, so nice, and was so accommodating. She seemed like such a sweet woman. I hope she stays around.

I have to say a BIG KUDOS to Sonic & to whoever hired these people, because they are a class way above all other quick food restaurants. 5 STARS! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐“

“We usually order online and pick up through the drive through. We went to pick up our order and were met with such a friendly girl named Kira. Shes helped us multiple times and she is the sweetest ever. She always goes out of her way to make sure we’re taken care of.“

“I pulled into Sonic on Thornydale in Tucson. The lights were mostly out, so I didn't know if it was open. I had a slight emergency, I had a pill stuck in my throat! It was this big horse sized pill too! I went to the drive thru. I asked for the smallest drink and told the young lady of my dilemma. No sooner did I turn the corner, this young lady sprinted towards me handing me the drink! Zoe is her name, and she helped me when I was in need! Worst part, I don't think I had enough money! She still thought it to be important enough for me!

“Location has changed since I was a kid, but sonic was always a family favorite. Went today with my husband for an evening cruise and we parked to take our order. The crew was super helpful and friendly. Taking our order was super easy and the speaker was very friendly. The blue ocean slush is always a favorite. Look forward to returning.“

“You can tell the staff here really care. The wait time is worth it and the employees are clearly working hard despite the heat. The food is always delicious and its obvious by taste alone that the oil is changed frequently. One of the only fast food places in town with such friendly customer service. Kudos!“
